After purchasing $2500 worth of equipment I found that some of it didn’t work properly. I came to have the issues looked at, and I have never been treated so rudely and condescendingly in my entire life.
I purchased two identical turntables, one worked properly, one didn’t.
After describing the issue I was told that I “Shouldn’t even be complaining” and that what I bought is “nothing in the world of Hi-Fi” and that I “might as well have bought a toaster”.
Followed by the proprietor and his friend telling me they “wouldn’t even listen” to the equipment I bought.

Buyer beware. Does not accept returns. Bought a part that he steered me towards and it did not fit my unit. Tried to return it and he said "sorry, no returns." There was no sign up anywhere in his shop stating this policy. Frustrating to deal with, won't be going back.
Tye is most honest and upfront seller I have came across. Honesty and integrity are part of his game. I have bought many brands here Cyrus, Rega, Bryston, Wireworld, Kimber, Creek, Marantz over the years and will continue to do so.
