We recently wrote about our accomplishments. One of them is 24 km hike we have done with Alicia and Armando. We decided to do the session on October 28th - at that time we didn't have many options for hiking. We have seen one opportunity at Lake Minnewanka. The only problem with this hike was its length. Nevertheless, the die was cast and we went for this adventure. When we reached the destination at the top of the lookout we experienced the extreme weather conditions. The strong wind and the temperature below zero Celsius are not the best conditions to change the clothes and pose for photos. Alicia and Armando did it without any complains - therefore they are our heros!!!

Hooray!! It is our the biggest accomplishment in 2018!!!

Wonderful people to work with! Both are very knowledgable about their angles, cameras, lens, lighting, etc. Give very good direction with posing, down to the smallest detail, but every image turns out perfect.



Also they create a light and easy atmosphere, such comfort of communication and a lot of fun with time flying by!

We were so happy that we went with B.D.F.K. Photography! When we had our first initial consult we were blown away by the positive vibe and portfolio of these photographers. They were organized, understanding and passionate about wedding planning. Wedding pictures are forever, so we wanted to make sure we chose a team that really would go above and beyond to capture the moment. On the day of the wedding they were punctual, and their happy positive energy made the wedding photos light hearted and fun! Our friends and family just loved them, and raved about how upbeat and outgoing they are. When we got our wedding pictures, we were blown away. We loved working with Marcin and Dorota for our engagement photos. They are professional while still being fun and making you feel at ease. They were always quick to respond to emails and we had sample photos right away. All of our friends and family are blown away with some of the amazing shots.

The first thing that comes to mind after having Dorota and Marcin photograph our wedding is adventurous. I can't express it enough the things they'll endure to get good shots and the photos turn out amazing every time. 5 stars really isn't enough of a rating for these 2 as the work they do is incredible. Every single one of our photos is amazing and a lot of the times you don't even know they're right there getting those shots. They show incredible passion for their work and the photos they get speak for themselves. They are incredibly accommodating and they really know how to capture the moments of whatever the occasion is. I personally will not forget the sessions we have had with them and the places in the mountains that now mean that much more to my wife and I. Not only were they professional in their work but also remarkably friendly and fun. There isn't a single thing I would change about our photos and how they were taken. They can make any kind of scenery stand out even when the weather isn't cooperating, even then it was still an experience we won't ever forget.



Again 5 stars isn't enough for Dorota and Marcin. 10 stars would be better suited for this awesome couple.

Marcin and Dorota were absolutely wonderful to work with! We had our engagement photos done by them and they went above and beyond our expectations. We eloped in the Canadian Rockies, so it was just myself, my husband, our officiant, and Marcin and Dorota from B.D.F.K Photography. Marcin and Dorota even kindly agreed to be our witnesses! We had a small ceremony in the morning on the shore of Moraine Lake and then Marcin and Dorota spent the rest of the day with us, taking us to all sorts of amazing locations throughout the mountains to get breathtaking photos. They were full of ideas and were basically our tour guides for the day! They were both so fun to hang out with on our special day and really helped make the day a memorable experience!

Marcin & Dorota are amazing! They go above and beyond in their quest for breathtaking photos. I interviewed several other photographers who offered us a two hour window at one location. Marcin & Dorota hiked with us to Peyto Lake for the ceremony and then we all drove to Lake Louise for photos and lunch, followed by more photos at Moraine Lake. They were committed to us for the entire day. We even had a sunset helicopter trip planned, but couldn’t fly due to a pop-up thunderstorm. They are such wonderful, fun people who have a true passion for photography. They will go out of their way (laying on the ground, crawling into bushes, etc.) to get the perfect shot. We are blown away by this pair and we are already planning another trip from Tennessee to Canada so they can take family photos for us. You will not be disappointed in BDFK Photography! �����

I started following B.D.F.K over 2 years ago and fell in love with their work immediately. The day after we got engaged I emailed them to set up engagement pictures. My fiancé and I have never done professional pictures before but the moment we started they made us feel so comfortable. They spent almost an entire day with us and we had an incredible time. It was so much fun! The pictures obviously turned out absolutely incredible. We booked our elopement with them that day! Looking forward to working with them again!
