Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Wanted my ring fixed. Basically blamed me for the diamond falling out. Asked if I was upset?? Of course I was upset. Found the lady very rude and short tempered. Will not be returning to this store.

Customer service was less than impressive, my friend and i were spoken to as though we were clueless as to what jewelry was. Will not be returning. We would rather spend our money at Michael Hill, where the service is exceptionally better.

Horrible customer service. Four employees working, one of them helping some one out and she had to ask one of her coworkers to help me as the other three stood there ignoring me. Went in for a warranty issue and they didn't stand by there product that's less than two months old and I bought the lifetime warranty package. Won't be giving me business to them after the way I was treated.
