I don’t usually criticize a big box store. It’s kinda self serve. Have that attitude. You’re good here.

Good customer service (sales person)
Not sure what geek squad actually did to set up my computer..... not much. Didn't set up users, didn't set up anti virus. They will but can't be bothered to go back again for something they should have done in the first place.

I've had nothing but good times at Best Buy. They have always stood up to their word, have always given me the best deal, have given me discounts when I bought multiples, or more than one big ticket item at a time. Even gave me a big discount on a single product just because a similar product was on sale. Take the time to seek out a staff member, explain what your looking for, they will help you to the best of their ability. And returns are hassle free too, as long as you keep your receipt, as it should be, and now they even e-mail you a receipt incase you do lose it... can't go wrong there. Over all I really enjoy having to purchase anything at Best Buy! I feel reassured that at the end of the day I get the best product for the best price and from the best people around!! That is all I can ask for from any store. Thank You Best Buy!

My wife was having issues with her cell phone. We took it to Best Buy on the west end for a little guidance. In the end, Paul in the mobile phone department went beyond what was expected. He was helpful and extremely patient while dealing with us. We always get our cell phones for the family from Best Buy and Paul's help is the reason why. He managed to help us out and save us some money.

Staff were in their own world. Had no clue about their merchandise options. I wanted a good Bluetooth headset, and was left to find a few headsets on my own.
The people at the check out were helpful though. The store was massive and had a better selection of sorts compared to other Best Buy store...somewhat. But hey, it was just another Best Buy store and I went there because I was in the area.

Always great service. I have had to return items more than once but all in all its always a great easy experience.

This was my first time at this store, but I must say I am super impressed with the sales staff!

Story time: My mother was looking to buy a a camera (which was listed online at a much reduced price as it was an open box item), and the sales associate she worked with went above and beyond the call of duty to help us out, get the information we needed, direct us to who could help, and then follow up on us every once in a while to make sure we were doing okay. This has to be one of the best experiences I've had at any best buy store ever; definitely would return to this best buy over any other in the city!

Bought a tablet online and picked it up at this store. Pick up counter guys could use a little more customer service training specially that guy Halil ( thats what it said on his nameplate ). He at least could have pretended he like his job but. Was stone cold all through out the time I was picking up my tablet. Not even a thank you for my purchase. Didn't even tell me that it was all good and I could go. Won't be back in this store.

Carries most of the big name products but selection is thin if you have something particular in mind. Great for your everyday pick ups though such as cables and general electronics. Recently changed the store layout and it's much more open.
