Then finally check inventory.
Going in here always proves not worth it.

Bought the iPhone 8 here on Saturday. I got great service and the man helping me at the mobile desk was friendly and thorough with the service.
The staff on the floor were more interested in chatting to each other than helping customers, but I’m sure if I asked for help they would have helped.

I had bought a hood range at Best Buy at the Clareview store 4 months prior due no not having anyone to install it until recently I couldn't know if it was strong enough to suck in the humidity/air. One it was installed the range hood did not perform. Whirlpool Canada wouldn't accept the return claiming I didn't call to get it repaired. I argued it worked but didn't performed as the reviews claimed leaving me with having to buy a new range hood. I called Best Buy and the General Manager, agreed to return the money. Thank you for your good customer service and I'll be a repeat customer. Shame to whirlpool for not standing behind their products.

0 Customer service. waited in line for 30 min only to be told that they do not have one single iPhone 7 in their stores in the whole city, Really ????
Also there is a 3 weeks wait at least till the store receives more?????
On top of that we were looking to use our geek squad warranty on one of our current phones to fix a cracked screen. We were given a phone number to call and told that we would have to mail our phone in and would have to put a deposit for a loaner phone in the meanwhile. When we purchased this warranty we were told just to bring it to the store and it would be replaced right away. This is the second time we were misled about the geek squad warranty. Disappointed to say we won't be spending our money at best buy any longer. The blond female who was not helpful or friendly at all seemed to find our disappointment amusing. Goodbye Best Buy

0 customer service. went there Saturday afternoon, there were like 20 people standing there chatting or doing other stuff. Me and my boyfriend hung around at the phone section for 10 min. nobody asked us whether we needed help or even said HI. There was one point 2 sales associates passed by, and they didn't look at us at all like we didn't exist! Finally someone talked to us, unfortunately there was still no enthusiasm or any indication that he really wanted to help. I'm not sure whether in this store everyone has its own section so they don't care about people standing outside of their territories. But seriously, the moment we stepped in the store, what we saw was a very cold, laid back environment. Like nobody can see there was customer coming in. they just kept chatting and doing their own stuff. Not impressed at all.

The Geek squad here are the biggest geek's I have ever met, did they ever help me out. A Geek named Prince helped me with the repair of my laptop which was dropped, informed me of my warranty rights and so I got it fixed for free. btw the laptop was in bad shape I cant believe they covered this...! definitely go to this store and definitely see their expert Geek squad!!!!

Went to about 6 different place to purchase all of my appliances for my new house. Every place promised on the phone to give me a great deal if I came in to their store. None of them did except this best buy. This best buy location literally saved me about $3000 on my appliance package and delivered everything on extremely short notice. I returned to the store 8 months later and the maniner actually remembered me and came over to say hello.

Went in to buy Sing for my daughter today. Went and stood in line behind the one person paying....5 minutes later I decided this was going to take awhile so I went to the main tills where there was also ONE customer....after watching the greeter and another staff member chatting for another 5 minutes while I stood there just waiting to pay...I finally put it back and walked out. I see that mine isn't the only review where somebody finally walked out because they couldn't pay. It seems to me that you'd do more busy if your staff weren't standing around chatting while your customers were walking out because they couldn't PAY for the items they came in for. I went to Wal Mart instead.

If possible I would rate 0 stars. I went in to buy a laptop and wasn't quite sure what I wanted. I was approached by one lady who asked me if I needed any help. In the middle of me asking for help about buying a laptop she walked away from me and went to a different customer who she continued to help. I picked out a laptop which was a bit over my budget but I was willing to buy it anyways. I had four people walk by me and didn't acknowledge me when I tried to purchase the laptop. There were about 5 people standing around by the entrance inside and 3 people smoking beside the door outside. I am not quite sure what you pay your employees to do but apparently it isn't enough to cover the customer service portion of the job. I took my money else where and will for any future purchases.
