Went in to buy an iPhone X. Met Cam in their cell department. The guy is amazing at customer service. Highly recommend.

Black friday the other day.
Big deals in store.
Place is packed.

One person in tv/Audio and they're swamped.

One person in computers and they're swamped, plus they can't tell me anything more than what the tag says.

I had to Google each part number up to find detailed specs.
Picked 3 different computers to order... each one was sold out... each one discontinued.

No help.
No stock.
No availability.
No knowledge.
No sale.

I just wanted to give praise and appreciation to an outstanding experience I had with Riley at the returns counter. I know my situation was not the easiest to handle, but Riley kept his composure during the whole time and he was very apologetic for the length of time it was taking to find a solution. He not only found a solution for me, but he was also making sure that he was acknowledging other customers who were waiting behind me. I know it can be an overwhelming time of year for retail workers; I appreciate the time he spent on my “case” and I hope he’s commended for a job well done! Koodos Riley, keep up the great work!!!

A lot of employees don't seem that educated on electronics also the majority of things that Best Buy offers they offer online and the employees will tell you this when you ask for something and they say oh we have that on our online store but don't carry it in the actual store

In store service is great but need to call them? Good luck! Just called 3 times in a row with absolutely no answer! I'm not driving across town for something that can be answered in 2 minutes.

Great staff, above and beyond what was needed. They were so good to my son, I'll never shop any other electronics store in Grande Prairie.

No one ever pics up the phone at geek squad. Tried yesterday and today and just got told they where to busy to answer the phone. They said my PC would be ready by now. I have no idea what's happening with it or when I'll get it back. All it needed was a graphics card installed. Employees just keep transferring me to a dead end call. If you want decent service go to Alberta Computers if they are open. Only down side is their hours.

Asked 4 different people where the SD cards where, and they would only point.
None of them pointed in the right direction.
Wandered around on a wild goose chase for 45 minutes.
Don't go there if you don't have ALOT of time to burn.

BestBuy Grande Prairie is an excellent place to go shopping for anything electronics. The staff were very helpful when I went there last December 2016 to buy a laptop. I did my research online and so I only had to show them which model I was looking for. It was Christmas Eve and there was barely anyone inside the store. Within 10 minutes, I paid for the laptop and headed to the exit with the new laptop in hand.
