Old lap top finally crashed with design work on it. They told me 3 days to fix, will mail right to me. 10 days later, they don't know where it is,can't mail to farm. 11 days - nothing wrong with it. Meanwhile: sold me new laptop (its a lemon) GeekSquad ($300) and "fixed" new cmptr in home- costing $100+ Dara charges, and it doesn't work- has ruined my newly paid for+installed design software. Called to see when old laptop would be in, staff was giggling and yelling so loudly that the guy on the phone couldn't hear me. Wish I could rate at less than 1 star.

This Best Buy is OK - but I reserved a product online then went in store to pick it up and was given the incorrect product (same price, worth a lot less). I drove over an hour just to pick up this item (highway - so over 100km) to pick up the wrong product. My bad for not checking while in store, but it's why I ordered it in the first place - to be sure that I got the right product when I showed up :( In the defence of staff, the box looked identical, and the product name was the same (the devil was in the details ;)

Overall decent service and selection. Staff are typically very informative.

I went there to upgrade my phone today. We ask the lady in the phone section to help us. No smile at all and answer our questions with almost just like a yes and no. She has no interest at all of helping us. We understand we all have our personal problems but should not be brought at work or be shown to the customers. I tried to get her name through her name tag but was hidden by her long hair. I have been in this store almost every month but haven't had an experience like this before. Usually we have a very helpful and very informative sales clerk which ended me buying more than I plan to buy. But today ,we ended up leaving the store very frustrated.
