Best Buy Glass Ltd

Cheapest place in town for a window, as other reviews said customer service is ok. Ended up with scratches on my truck so... get what you pay for.

Same typical service I've come to expect from a business in GP. Seem friendly enough when you go in. Seemed interested in doing the work. Came out to take window measurements. I'm still waiting for the quote. I still have a broken window I need fixed. Everytime I call I get the same speech... Oh yeah, I forgot. We will get back to you. I guess things aren't slow enough yet. Too much work to worry about any customer service. It's been over 4 weeks since I first stopped to get a quote and availability.

I love best buy glass, they have always bent over backwards for my company and have done wonderful work on my personal vehicles.
Not only are they quick but they are affordable!
I will never use anyone else for my glass needs.

Would give zero stars if possible. Very rude staff. They do not even try to follow company policies and they disregard peoples requests. They were aware they were not allowed to perform work on our property especially without filling out the proper paperwork and without checking in at the front office and geting orientated. They left and came back and waited for the staff to be out of sight and they waited around until the gate opened up and replaced someones windsheild without even wearing the proper PPE (signs posted everywhere!!) I ran out to the yard and confronted them and told them that they could not be on our property without permission, an orientation or PPE and I informed them that one of my coworkers could get fired or written up for not stopping this because it is a safety issue as it is a plant yard. They rudely disregarded everything I said and continued working anyways and said they are quick so it's not a big deal. Well it is a big deal when someone elses job and their own safety is on the line, working dangerously close to a product they know nothing about! I told them they had to stop and come to the office ASAP and they said they would. They didn't.

This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had dealing with costumer service.
First, my vehicles passenger window and windshield had been smashed by some kids, so I went to best buy glass, and asked for them to just fix the windshield, as I had a friend order te passenger window and was going to fix it for me. They not only fixed both but then proceeded to yell at me and treat me like an idiot when I got back and was upset that I now had to pay for both windows that they fixed, and pay for the cost of the window that my friend ordered me.
THEN I pay it, take my jeep, go back to work, try to unlock the passenger door, and it won't open. The new plastic from the window that they fixed and WERENT supposed to fix, is stuck inside my lock.

Then! When I called (2pm) to book a time to come in and get them to fix it, the very rude lady tells me that they've all decided to call it a day and no one will be in until 9am the next day. Fine. 9am the next day it is. Please book me in for 9am.

I show up at ten to 9. No ones here yet. I figure, maybe they don't open until 9. 9 roles around. No ones here. 9:05, I call best buy glass. A man answers, and I say, hi I have an appointment for 9 am but I don't think anyone is here. The guy tells me he ran out to pick up one of the other guys and he'll be back in about half an hour.

If I had an appointment booked for 9am why would there be no one here at 9am?!
