Just had my furnace repaired. The service techs Mike (and Jason) were great. Work was done quickly, , and literally 50% cheaper than the other quote I got.

They've been great for our home needs and our needs at our own retail store here in Airdrie. Never hesitate to recommend them.

Something was leaking in our furnace room so I called the closest one to us after doing a google search for "Airdrie Plumbers." The leak made our furnace room seem like it was raining so our family was freaking out. Mike was on the phone and said we needed to turn off the water and explained how we could do that. Unfortunately, we did not know how to do that being a household of just my mom and my little brothers and sisters. Mike showed up in less than 10 minutes and was very courteous. He shut off the pipe for the humidifier, which was the problem. Gave us a quote for the materials and labour, as well as the service fee. Everything was good except for the price of the service fee which was 3xs the cost of the repair! I understand that a lot of companies do charge for their time to come out to assess the problem, but we feel that for them to charge 3xs the price of the repair when they were only a few blocks away was unfair. When we lived in Calgary, we called a company who was a 15 minute drive away from our house, showed up and told us it was only a valve problem. The cost of the valve replacement was very low, and he charged us exactly the same price of his service to that of the valve replacement. We were very happy and gave him a little extra just because he was super friendly and fair. Honestly, I wish I could give this company a 5 star because Mike was nice and all, but maybe be more fair with how you charge for that service fee.

The best customer service I have ever received when dealing with a plumber : courteous, efficient, Kristin is on it right away when asking for something. Highly recommended if you ever need a plumber.

I highly recommend this company for any furnace work. I called them in the evening because my furnace wouldn't turn on. They said a tech would come at 830 the next morning and Matt showed up on time. He removed my motor and said he would be back in 45 mins and again he was a man of his word. He spent time showing me the issues and explaining all options. Matt's customer service is definitely an asset to this company.

Best Service I have ever had!

My Hot Water Tank was leaking, and I did not notice until Friday of the long weekend at 2pm. I was really worried my basement would flood as I would have it leaking for 4 days.

They had someone out and even stayed late until 6pm to get my new tank installed before the weekend started! This was amazing! They got me my new tank, and even took my old one out for me.

Thank you guys to much for your excellent service! I will recommend you to everyone!
