I absolutely loved doing business with Blind Magic. The owner is a dream to work with. Blind Magic's showroom on 170st is elegant and relaxing to visit. Nice and big, free refreshments and courteous staff. I loved Amina, she is such a sweetheart. And Sergio the installer is also a fantastic person. Overall great experience with Blind Magic! Will definitely do business with again!

Can't say enough good things about this company. Liz was amazing with helping me pick the right blinds. I got a fast quote and it was by far the most reasonable. Allison came and did the measurements of the windows. She was awesome quick and accurate. The blinds came in faster than expected and were installed a few days ago by Sergio and they look great. Would use this company again without a doubt!

We were looking for window treatments for our new home with very large windows. We had looked for window treatments that would come wide enough to accommodate our needs for room darkening in the bedrooms. We just couldn't find anything suitable. I went into Blind Magic to see what they had. Liz helped me out with checking on the various possibilities and came up with the idea of going to a commercial blind. Bob, the owner, came out to do our exact measurements and suggested that we motorized each blind which would be behind our banded shades. Everything was installed today and I could not be more happy with how this has turned out. They are everything I could have hoped for! The colours are perfect, the fit on the windows is perfect and the convenience of the motorization is awesome. I would not go anywhere else after this experience. A big thank-you to Liz, Bob and Sergio ( the installer), for the best-ever service.

The staff was great. They came directly to our house to do the measurements and quote while providing samples to choose from. They came in at a very reasonable price point. The Install was smooth and the installer offered some great additional advise. Best of all they carried a high quality fully Canadian manufactured product so we could support local. Chad at Blind Magic found us exactly what we were looking for! We are not located in the same city and he still provided excellent service with fast delivery of samples and supplies, and was always available for phone calls. He guided us in figuring out how to wire the two story window so that we could have electric blinds after the wiring in our new house had already been completed. I would recommend Chad to anyone who is looking for excellent customer service and a great quality product.

My wife and I built our home all our blinds are Hunter Douglas. Bob and Tracey came to our house, and measured all our windows.
