About Blue Quill Boot Camp
Blue Quill Boot Camp is an intense 10 week (2. 5 month) full body summer challenge!
We take straight up beginners to more advanced fitness freaks to sweat in the sun flipping tires and engaging in high intensity training.
You get two free personal training sessions if you sign up for 1 class /week ($100) or 2 classes /week ($120).
