Bmo Bank Of Montreal

Deplorable customer service! If you can call the main BMO line in Ontario, you'll get much better customer service there (and more knowledgeable employees).

Poor service to say the least, three people behind the counter one person working and people standing in the que 15min and counting.

I just found out last month I have been getting charged ($20-$30/month) for insurance that I didn't sign up for or confirmed I wanted insurance on that account. It's been almost a year... since I've had the account.

However, they did refund me a month of the insurance service... but why should I have to pay for someone else's mistakes! Thanks to the bank I'm short at lease $200, if not more!

Now I'm considered switching to a different bank where I don't have to worry about charges that I was not informed of... :/
