Bmo Bank Of Montreal

Very poor service. Staff is rude and grossly incapable. They misinformed me several times, made me wait 5 business days for a cheque when they hadn't even sent in the request for HQ to issue it. Had to wait over 2 weeks for my own money. Save yourself the trouble and hassle and go to another branch.

Staff is pretty rude, but they did give me my money. The place is clean and tidy. Take this review like a grain of salt I feel like banks are the bloodsuckers of the world anyway.

I've recently switched to BMO from Scotiabank and I am super-pleased by the service at this branch. I understand previous comments that there are not enough clerks, BUT when you get up to the front, they are very friendly (which is hard during busy times) and knowledgeable. They are also just as quick as the fully-staffed Scotia that I was going to. Every time I have booked an appointment to talk with an investor, I can either get one immediately or within a few hours. With Scotia, it usually took days. My only complaint is that the hours need to be extended. I understand there is a retirement community less than a block away, but busy professionals and families can't always get there before 6 on a weekday. I would love it if they were open on Saturday, even for just a few hours. Thanks!

Usually there's only two tellers working...even on busy days. Why anyone would actively choose to come here is beyond me.
