Absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this store! Not only are the staff extremely welcoming and friendly, they are knowledgeable and always willing to help. Bone and Biscuit is a HUGE supporter of the local animals rescues and is always willing to do what they can for our animal community. If you have not gone into this store, you need too! You will not be disappointed. Customer service and satisfaction if their main concern.

This place (grande prairie) is the only place to bring your pets!! Knowledgeable staff, super eager to help our dog get the right food. Clean friendly environment for all to enjoy :) thank you bone and biscuit co for the amazing service we are grateful and loyal customers now.
