Love This Boston Pizza. They Are Always Accommodating and Courteous, Friendly and Kind. Not once were we treated badly. I will only go to Calgary Trail Boston Pizza. The Others Do Not Cook Their Pizza Properly. We have gotten Food Poisoning 3× at Heritage Boston Pizza. The Others always has raw Dough in the Center of The Pizza.

I go to this location every Friday evening, as that’s my only evening off for the week. All the waitresses and waiters are extremely friendly and accommodating. Lynne is usually the lovely lady that serves me. She is fantastic and after the 2nd visit learned my name and uses it all the time. The best location by far!!

For anyone of the negative comments posted there are by far MORE positive and on that note I myself will add to this BOSTON PIZZA ON CALGARY TRAIL is the best they have an exceptional servers and there food is of good quality always prepared to your liking. I have been going there for years and I am proud to say i am always given the best service and they treat you like your part of the BP family . ❤

Best wings in town. They may it just the way you want, half price on Wednesday.. yum!!

I for the most part really like going here the servers and bartenders are beautiful and awsome people. except for this redheaded waitress who basically is to judgemental and just an ignorant bitch! They usually work weekend evenings and like I will put $80-$200 in the vlt and I will go up and ask for them/her to maybe change in some loonies toonies and quarters for a $5 or something and she always says "I dont make change" and I have to walk over to 7eleven to exchange it! And Im in there every day! or I will be waiting at the bar for 10min just to cash my vlt ticket in while she see's me and continues cleaning tables. She is just very rude and judgemental. But Shelly is awsome I adore her and she is one of the reasons I frequent the place honestly. & BP's is a great place everywhere usually.

I placed delivery orders this weekend a last weekend & neither order was correct!!!

I requested NO ONIONS on my salad & there is finely chopped onions-can you not read???

Last weekend go BBQ chicken flat bread-DID NOT ORDER THAT FLAVOUR?!!

We went for a late night bday celebration for our daughter, as we just got to the city from Sask. It took about 10 mins before a waitress came to get our drink orders, then she got them mixed up even after writing them down ( a variety of pop and water) we asked for boneless wings, we got fried. We ordered the brownie dessert to go and we got two cold brownies in a to go box for our birthday girl! Not exactly what we are use to from Boston Pizza. Very disappointed �

Our drinks had stuff floating in them , the food was disgusting and the fucking waitresses and bartenders were snotty cunt bitches will never come here again!!! #birthdayruined

Not figure out our parties bills ...so she had to ask us what we had to drink and eat ...but got pissy when I said well I'm pretty sure that's your job ....and was not very friendly or cooperative when we tried to figure out our own bills for her ...anyway ...won't be going back there ever!

Horrible service and the managers a bitch. Go somewhere else.
