Boston Pizza Capilano and Printing Fx presents the 2nd annual F U Cancer fundraiser on August 23rd at Boston Pizza Capilano Lounge! All proceeds from the event will be donated to the Cross Cancer Institute.
Tickets are $20 and includes 1 drink and a pizza smorg at 10PM. There will be silent auction, raffles, door prizes and more!
We will also be selling a new “F U Cancer” t shirt for $20 with the proceeds going to the Cross Cancer Institute as well.

I was sooooo excited to see vegan cheese being tested. I am not vegan but have a dairy allergy so being able to have pizza at your location made me soooo happy and it was delicious! Please keep it on the menu.

EXCELLENT vegan pizza at Boston Pizza Capilano. SO much better than the other chains & local pizzeria (which shall remain nameless) as 1. there was 3 to 4 times the amount of toppings & 2. the crust wasn't soggy in the middle so I could eat it with my hands. Their cheese was great & melted perfectly. Bonus - no straw offered. Apparently they will give you one if you ask but are trying to find a paper straw that will work.

Don't order steak they don't know how to cook it.

Normally I love this place but tonight I was very displeased. The only thing that was good that I had was the calimari. Our steak sandwiches were way over done to the point the only thing I ate was the cactus fries and the mushroom and onions on my steak. Can't say I was happy with the bill when we didn't eat the food.

Wow! Mold on our food and the general manager Chris threatened to call the cops if we didn't pay the bill!! Worst location ever!! Standing here with them now!! And still nothing

This is by far the worst service I have received in a long time. Firstly our food was cold. Asked the manager for fresh Parmesan cheese and he forgot. They reheated our meals in the microwave! Then one of our pastas had raw chicken. The manager argued with me that it couldn't be raw as they cook it twice (and this is after they reheated it so you can imagine how raw it was before hand). We told him to take a bite of he didn't believe us. He declined. The waitress told us this was the second time today that this had happened!!!! Cooked twice my a** They also made the wrong size pizza for one of us and there was suppose to be no charge for the error but they still billed us for the original size we ordered. Then to top it off one of us had a hair in our ceaser salad. Manager was terrible and showed no concern for our issues at this location. Then said he complimented us with a discount off our bill for our troubles. We received a total of a $7 discount off of our bill for all of our troubles. Worst management ever!!!!!!!!!! Then to top it off two out of four of us were up all night puking!!!!! DO NOT go here unless you want to be sick.

The twisted rocket I ordered looked nothing like the photo (photo in comments)...

So the last time we ordered delivery from this location they got the sale wrong that I ordered. I was given a credit after calling in to complain. Today I called and ordered again and asked to have my credit applied to the order. The manager said it would be here within 45 minutes. We waited over an hour and I called. The manager said the delivery driver left a long time ago. I canceled the order and wasn't even offered anything for the inconvenience. Not ordering for this location again. Terrible service.

DO NOT ORDER ANY FOOD FROM, OR GO TO THE CAPILANO BOSTON PIZZA.

for the second time since september, I tried to order food, and for the second time they sent it to me with dairy on it AFTER I informed them (online and with a phone call) that I am allergic.

This place does not pay attention to customer needs. They are terrible. I am very unhappy.



My previous review:



I have been ordering here for over 2 years with no issues, but tonight was awful. First, the online system wouldn't take my address, so i called in. No problem. But they sent our food but missed half our order. And they put sauce on the sandwich when I asked for it on the side (because of an allergy in my household)



I phoned back, and was told they were sending out the rest of the order and a new sandwich.



I waited for over an hour and a half and phoned back saying I hadn't received it yet.



They said that the driver came here and knocked for 5 minutes to no answer. I have literally been on my couch, less than one meter away from my door, next to a large bay window facing the door and front of my house, and no body ever came. They said he threw out the food.



I am not sure if this driver is shifty and just took our food and made up the story or what happened. Or if they never sent it.



I got a $30 credit for what happened. But that feels like too little after a night of waiting and waiting for food. Now they say the driver is home for the night and I am hungry and foodless.

First, the patio is only for adults, I've been many places to a patio that was family friendly including/especially Brewsters and The Rock. And then the service today was way off, slow, disorganized, with plain clothed 'staff' walking in and out of the kitchen, doing who knows what, distracting our already scatter brained server. Next time likely not BP :/
