Service and food was awesome! I ordered chicken parmigiano with 2 sides. It came in a timely manner and was perfect.

Love this location and the staff. My boyfriend and I go in almost every weekend, play pool drink beer and have a good time. The girls are amazing and super friendly, always feels like home when we walk in. They all say hi to us and make us feel great. Definitely the best location I have been too in Edmonton!

Caesar salad was fresh and a healthy serving without too much dressing. My ravioli was delicious and perfectly cooked with lots of sauce. My husbands spaghetti was cooked well but could have used more sauce with the mountain of pasta however he ordered extra. Good service and we left very happy.

Always great service and the foods fine. We really enjoy the friendly atmosphere in the lounge. The ladies always find time to chat with us. Kinda feels like meeting up with family.

Good service , bathrooms need attention! aswell as out side walk ways. Women in heels should be ok to walk with out going ass over tea kettle. Waitresses r kind and prompt.

Ordered online tonight- missing 2 dips that i paid extra for and the chicken bites were cold and soggy. Pizza tasted good but was also very soggy. Definitely will make sure my food never comes from this location again.

I have been a regular friday night customer with a few friends from work and a few months back went there and had very disappointing service. I sent an email to Boston Pizza explaining what took place. We decided to give it another try and were once again diappointed. So, we started giving our business to another establishment where the service was outstanding. Yesterday, a friend of mine suggested we try BP for lunch. I was hesitant but said ok. We got there, were seated, given menus and totally ignored. The place was not busy and the staff passed by our table several times and not even an acknowledgement. I couldn't even get their attention. A gentleman came in after we had been there for 10 minutes with no service and the hostess took his order and walked to the kitchen to tell the waitress about it. Five minutes later, we got up and left. As we were leaving, the staff never said anything. I realize wait staff has regular customers that they spend more time on to ensure a better tip but to ignore customers is bad business. We will not be frequenting this establishment again. 0 stars for Fort Road BP.

Food is over priced they change the menu way to often. Dude on dragons den should do something about .

I ordered the adult size Lasagna and I think I received the kid'a meal, this happens when I order other pasta dishes... It's a pity you can't fill the containers to the top, $13.00 is a lot to pay for half an order if Lasagna

I have ordered from this location for delivery a few times. Boston brute was missing. All meat bites that were supposed to mild were not. We called to get the items corrected and was advised by manager they packed food themselves and it was all there. We told her that it is not there and she said she will send the driver back to pick up the containers and will check it her self. This has happened on a few occasions and sad to say we should receive what we paid for and not have been treated like we are lying. Worst customer service ever.

I can say that i am very disappointed in my order this time , I go to the restaurant and order very often and this time i ordered several appetizers and was not happy with portions at all , i opened the cactus fries and i swear there was like 1 small potato cut up terrible and the it was the same with the other appetizers very very small and sure not worth the money

For one they don't deserve even one star ... just went there for Mothers Day dinner with my mom and nephew. Not only did we wait an hour till we got our food but the waitress said few more mins they were just waiting for my moms dish.. then 5/10mins later she come with mine and my nephews order. So we start eating and my mom still didn't have hers .. we finished and still my mom didn't have hers. We were there to eat as a family. All we got was 6.00$ off @ 15% and my moms meal taken off. I had leftovers cuz I was full I offered her my leftovers in the restaurant she was to embarrassed and did want to eat it in there so I took it home!! Absolute bullshit if u ask me. And my poor mom it was heartbreaking.
