My family and I have been to this Boston Pizza for a few years now! My grandchildren were two and three years old at that time, they are now 24 and 23 years old, we keep coming back because of the friendly staff, the service is awesome, steady refilling our beverages!!!! It's great to be acknowledged, the staff treat you like you are special client! My daughter and I went there for lunch yesterday, lunch was delicious and the service was A one! We will be coming back again and prices are reasonable!!!

Great fast service and amazing food! But that’s the small part of my experience. During our visit we had another customer randomly verbally attack us and the management did a wonderful job diffusing the problem and making us feel safer and appreciated as a customer. Thanks management for doing such a good job!

This is my favorite BP summer patio in the city!

I ordered take out some time back and the pizza was terrible. It actually had a big hole in it...and was burnt. I should have called about it and did not. Having said that, I have had very good in-restaurant dining services and meals. I really do love BP's and their huge menu selection. I've only not enjoyed one thing on their menu ... Fettuccini Alfredo. Too runny and bland. But everything else is fantastic and I will continue to frequent this restaurant!

Boston Pizza on Jasper Ave is the best BPs in town! They accommodated my large work team, took our pre-order and brought it out when ordered. Our server Carmen was very attentive and friendly even though she had several other large tables we never felt like we were ignored. The Bartender, Terry, was very friendly, outgoing and happy to serve us rounds of shots! The general manager, Darren, came over several times to make sure our group was happy.



The food came out hot, perfect and delicious!



I would recommend BPs on Jasper to all my friends.

Maybe just Maybe you could add more then just 6 leaves of kale in your so called "Mighty Kale Salad" in was 10% kale and 90% lettuce. Not so Mighty at all.

I love BP but the delivery service from this place leaves a lot to be desired and their manager was no help. That being said, their employees are fantastic. I ordered online at 7:22pm, the order was slated to arrive at 8:22pm. That's ok. I called at 7:55 to give my buzzer number (no option to add that online that I could see) and the driver had already left so the employee said he would forward it. 8:25pm I call to see if the driver is any closer (I live 16 blocks away, it's 10 minute drive tops) and the employee does what she can to get in touch with him but he's still 10 minutes away. I know my food will be lukewarm at that point and the employee tried to make it right by offering 15% discount. That's okay. 8:45pm, still no delivery. My food is going to be useless to eat at this point, so I call again and the employee try to see if my order can be remade and delivered quickly. Manager comes on, tells me I ordered on a game night and I'd be waiting 90 min for another order. No acceptance of wrongdoing here, just basically take my cold food and pay $60 for it, that was my choice. I told him I was cancelling my order, no one should be required to pay that much for cold food when they screwed up.

I won't go here again. I won't order from here again. Sorry BP.

Used to LOVE this place and location. After last night never again !!! Bad service drinks were made wrong every time.. what a let down

Terrible take out service and scam service. I ordered food and after 1 hour, Andrew from the call center calls me back and says the downtown location is not taking orders. He asked if I could pick up my order at another location. I ordered delivery for a reason and all I got was a sorry. I asked why it took them over an hour to finally figure out that they could not deliver my order. A ear answer was not given and I got a very pathetic sorry again. Andrew finally offered to put a credit on my account. I have heard this before and never received the credit in the past. I asked when this credit would be put in my account and Andrew assured me it would be put in the next business day and customer service would call me. Guess what? They never called.



This is appalling customer service. We are regulars at Boston Pizza and they have made it apparent that customer service is not important to them. I will make sure this never happens again and encourage my friends to stay away when we go out for hockey nights.

Poor management and service far from being good. I've heard many things about this place before, until tonight. Dressing like "normal" an international worker, a Phd student and a graduate student went at Boston Pizza tonight and that was what happened... I went at this place couple times before this night, and i could handle it so far. But today i sat with my wife and a friend, the hostess came at us and she not even said good night, and asked for our ID's. my wife forgot at home, and she said that we could not eat at that part of the restaurant, and then start to make it up, that they're closed but she was going to check with the "kitchen". she never came back. one guy without uniform came at us without making any point to do not seem rude. He asked for ID's again, my wife is over 21 and only had the university ID at that moment, as well me and my friend we're over 21 and both had ID's and he just said its the "house rules" and you have to leave now, you want me to call the police? i just was asking myself what's happening? realizing how pretentious that people and place is, we just left and we're not coming back. if i could give an advice, spend your money at somewhere else.

My friends and I are constantly discriminated against when we come in there. My actual rating is a BIG FAT 0 for this establishment!! I pay good money and I tip my waitresses, even the ones who transfer my bills to another server!!! I tip twice !!! But thanks for being a shoddy and poorly run outfit I gave you guys 3 chances and now I'm fed up with your bullshit. I'll take my money elsewhere where it's appreciated. Boston Pizza is by far sub par to what's available of this is how they treat their paying customers.
