The staff is amazing. Very friendly and efficient. They’re always extremely accommodating to our needs and special requests! This location is so worth going that I drive an hour to get there just for the extra care we receive!

Great service, went for football game with friends/family in the lounge Thursday night. Waitress, manager were friendly and attentive. I'll definitely be going there for my game nights.

Great staff and have never had an issue with the food! I have food restrictions and allergies so I have to make special requests and have never had an issue or been disappointed. Highly recommend this Boston pizza location! Refuse to eat at any other location- never had a good experience at any other place

I was really good my kids love Boston pizza great experience at the new manning town service is never gonna be a 100% perfect ,but I'm really lucky to say I have nothing to complain about it most definitely we are coming back �

I have been ordering the Boston smokey mountain spaghetti for years and tonight my order was half of what it used to be and hardly no sauce at all, hoping this is just a one time thing. The amount you used to get was worth the price because it is very expensive, will not order again if this is a permanent change. !!!

It was the worst restaurant I've been too. All the food we order were not good.my child's burger were hard like a rock, my husband food were bland and it's the WORST nachos I've ever tasted. The positive side the girl serving us were really nice she seems to see the problem.she was nice she did not charge us the nachos which we barely touch. I will not go back there again.

I went there for dinner with a girlfriend of mine for a bite to eat.The wait was long and our waitress seem more concerned about the table full of young men rather than helping us at all and when we finally did place our order took forever getting the food then a long wait for the bill��not pleased at all!!! Never again!

Boston Pizza is going way down hill. We ordered cactus cuts and the order was about 1/3 of the size of what they used to be , the nachos are definitely overpriced and served with enough cheese to cover about five chips and my boyfriends spaghetti had barely any sauce. Our waitress was great but she told us that the lack of cheese on the nachos was regulation from head office . This company is getting ridiculously cheap.we used to go to bps all the time but I don't think I'll be going back again .

Wow, terrible service. The host refused to seat us (family of 4)in a booth but 2 minutes later sat a family the same size there. I asked our waitress if we can have a booth and she helped us move over right away. They don't provide the colouring books for kids like every other Boston pizza does but a photocopied paper with half the page is a menu. The bathroom floors where sticky and smelled. No one seemed friendly or even smiled.

Worst nachos I've ever had still sitting at the table in disgust and the waitress just grabs my stuff off the table without asking of I'm finished

Worlds. Slowest. Service. Ever. Consistently not enough staff on. Food is mediocre at best. The wait staff is polite. No question there. But it’s always at least an hour for a sandwich.

Went with a group for a bday, worst experience of all our lives. food was all wrong and cooked horribly. everyone was finished eating when the guest of honor was told that her food wasn't even ordered... service was just as bad the waitress had not one clue what she was doing. Three of us complained to the manager who just didn't deal with any of it and didn't apologize either. we did split bills and it took them 45 minutes to figure that out, then when we got them they were all wrong, so another 45 minutes to fix that. and to top off a horrible night 4 of us got sick from the food.... I will never in my life go back to this retched place...

This the worst Boston Pizza ever. The service is so slow. I try to give them a chance now again to redeem themselves, but it NEVER happens. Today I went in there again, they sat us quickly which was great, but then we sat...and sat...and sat. No waitress. The table next to us came after us, the waitress walked up to it and said "I'll be your server today". I was like ?!?! Ok, maybe they didn't know who sat down first. Then she walked away!!! That was your last chance. Do yourself a favour and go to the clareview BPs....you actually get good service there.

The service at this location was poor. The Hostess could not tell us if they had any specials on for that night. When the food was ordered we were given brown dried out limes, and toppings were not on the meals. When asked about it we were told it was not on the menu when in fact it was. Waitress insisted it was not on there indicating the stupidity of us for not reading. The menu was then taken to the manager who tried saying it is the way it is.

I ordered a meal on line-delivered on time and plus a tip..i ordered baked fettucini with tomato sauce and 2 meatballs-I rec'd Penne with meatsauce...i did get the meatbals....but seriously!!!!

I am an avid Boston pizza fan, so I was so excited when I found out there would be a BP's close to my house... but I've never had such bad service before. Jamie L was my server, and I was quite disappointed. When we paid for our food, we still had our starter and main course plates at the table (and the restaurant was empty), as well as she did not come check up on us once or ask how our meal was. She was rude and not welcoming at all. Will not be returning.
