Had an excellent experience with the service to my truck. They took the time to go on a road test with me to understand the issue. Once the issue was determined then they got the parts and installation sorted and had the truck back on the road in a reasonable amount of time. Appreciate the shuttle service. Service personnel were pleasant and professional to deal with. I would recommend them.

Everyone has a different expectation when it comes to work being performed by the dealer versus a 3rd party auto service outfit.
I personally hold Ford to a high standard and expect excellence when it comes to service.
The Lloydminster Boundary Ford service department is made up of some really outgoing and friendly individuals.
Their attitudes are consistent and they conduct themselves professionally.
They all demonstrate intelligence, are accommodating, very patient, respectful and best of all, hold themselves accountable.
My vehicle has been in for service several times the past 1.5 years and I give the team a well above average rating.

our van was taken in immediately. the parts that needed to be ordered were ordered. they went through the list of things we asked them to do.
we paid for our bill and we were on our way. everyone was polite and courteous and thanked us for bringing our vehicle into them.

I bought a used car here last week. It was definitely my best car buying experience ever. From the great service skills of salesman Ricky to the no nonsense credit cowboy Matt. They done a great job.
