Worse body shop ever .
Can't fix car proper

Good service.

I came into this shop because they had been recommended by my insurance company.
The customer service has been some of the worst I have ever experienced, the staff is rude and they refuse to listen to your concerns.
My car has been making a horrible noise from the back passenger side the very same side that was impacted in my accident.I mentioned this when I brought it in initially and was told it would be looked at and looked after (this was not the case).
I picked up my vehicle after the repairs and the paint on the front bumper had lots of imperfections, the grill was crooked as was the new bumper (I was told prior to them even coming out to look at it) mind you that it was pre-existing, when the appraiser finally looked at he eventually conceded that they needed to fix the work.
I have now been waiting over 2 weeks to bring the vehicle back in, I am still getting this noise from the back and they are now telling me again without even looking into it that this noise is pre-existing and nothing they can do, and that a minor accident would not cause a noise (when the frame requires straightening this is not a simple fender bender) they told me it is on me to prove that it is related (which I will) and it will be fixed. Bu is that not the job of a collison repair shop to repair the damage caused by a collision (seems fairly basic) but in the end it looks like I will do the job they are supposed to do.

This shop does not care about the customer just getting paid from insurance and getting the vehicles turned around as quick as possible.
i would not recommend this shop to anyone and if I didn't need them to fix the issues they caused would never go back.

These people are nothing more than Con-Artist, liar, decievers I brought in my ford excape an insurance claimed they stole parts off the vehicle and did not fixed the vehicle properly and my insurance company sends the check directly to them as they requested, When I complained the bitch at the front tried to talk about me to my friend that took me there to picked up my vehicle. They over charged me another $1400.00 and would not give me my keys until I pay them. So i was compelled to pay them and the manager when I called him they had switched manager and so i never got my money back. After a few weeks i was having problems with the vehicle and i took it into ford and found out all the bad work this company did on the vehicle so now i had to pay ford company to fixed it. I know now that i should have complained to AMVIC but i did not know then who to complained to and so they got away with it, so if you are having a problem with boyd auto call AMVIC and they will deal with these thieves and liars;
