Buckrite.

The Buckrite is a powered drop barrel for bullriders to perfect their technique and timing on.

The Buckrite is based on the drop barrel that Gary Leffew has used to produce champion bull riders.

I have added some features to the design

-It is powered so you can use it any time without needing help to run it.

-The preload springs are adjustable to accommodate any size rider.

-The pivot arm can be adjusted up or down to increase jump and decrease kick, and vice versa.

-It comes with a bracket to convert to a stationary barrel.

-It has steps and a platform for ease getting on and off.

-The control switch is movable, It has a mount on the barrel for the rider to control, or it can be operated from the ground.

-Adjustable feet to level on any surface.

-It is low maintenance.

-It is compact enough to fit in a pickup


My goal was to create a self operating drop barrel based on the proven Gary Leffew design, also I added some features that riders have asked for, I also wanted to keep it affordable for the average guy to practice on.
With this in mind I remind people that this is not a toy, it is a serious training aid to help riders improve their technique.
