Raven's store is the place to go for gala gowns! I am always amazed at how she looks at me, immediately knows my size (which can vary), pulls 3 gowns and I love them all. She creates great problems for me. I leave there feeling like I'm straight outta pretty woman but so not a hooker! ❤️

It was so unprofessional when coming to spend money and they don't say anything and get in trouble for touching dresses IN bags... really? Didn't make suggestions or help in anyway.

I had a wonderful experience here shopping for my wedding dress. The service was fantastic and they gave me a discount and did layaway on my dress ( pay half up front and month later pay other half and pick up dress ) They put it in the back where no one was able to try it on or see it, was very helpful! I will definitely be shopping here again! Thank you for running a great business and making finding my dress that much more less stressful!

Horrible. This was the worst ordering service I've ever had... In a bridal party of 5 of us 2 were given a discount and the three of us were charged full price even though we all ordered around the same time. They made it seem like it was a favour to us they they won't be charging those two ladies that extra. Will not be ordering anything else from here again.

I decided that I would take my lovely girlfriend to look at grad dresses today because she hasn't found the one she loved. Well she did today at Calistas Dress shop by the mall. We weren't able to buy it because her parents wanted to be able to see it before purchasing it. So finally after 2 hours of being in the shop the girl finally caved and said in her exact words, " I will hold the dress for you guys, we are open til 4 today". Now I thought she was a wonderful person for doing so. But not 2 hours after we had left the shop when my girlfriend returned with her mom the girl had sold the dress. It put my girlfriend in tears. I cannot believe that someone would run a business this way, it is not only terrible service but it is just morally wrong. This lady has broken my girls heart to pieces. And I would like her to pay for her actions, so i would recommend that no one in grande prairie or any surrounding communities will shop at Calistas. It's such terrible service. And share the shit out of this!
