Did you know when I rented a PO Box for a couple months while waiting for the renter's to move from my house that they actually somehow added the box number as an address on my credit report. I was very surprised to see that.

Friendly staff and accurate delivery estimate (on time) but terrible hours of operation.

They stated an item was ready for pickup with the notice in the mailbox, and when we went to shoppers to pick it up, it wasn't there! They didn't ACTUALLY drop it off until the following week at the shoppers! What a waste of our time and the shoppers staff!

Mail seems to be slow and I think some of my mail hasn't been getting delivered to me. Some pieces seem to go missing....

Why is my delivery late all the time? Do you guys need some help over there or something? Maybe hire some more staff?
