Canadian Tire

I have a terrible experience; I will never be back. They wasted my money and 9 hours of my time. After all of that, they misdiagnose the problem and ask me to change some "Okay" parts in my car, but guess what the issue is still there. I have talked to the manager, and he said it's my problem, not theirs. I know it's my problem because I came to this store

Their automotive center I would completely avoid for any sort of service. They need to better train and coach their service representatives on the definition of customer service.

The selection in this store is great. If you utilize the app to find stuff it makes shopping easier. Great selection and the staff always seems helpful.
The automotive mechanics are really good guys, helpful and honest. Rare to see.

Very upset this store completely wasted our time because their staff speak such poor English they couldn't understand a simple question.

Yes we do, just bring in the bottles.
We want to make sure, these are OUR bottles and we want them refilled, not exchanged.

It's enough to make someone cry when you can't even have a conversation with staff because they speak the language so poorly. It's worse when we try explaining we want a refill not an exchange and the idiot employee cuts us off and says "same thing, same thing." Like we are the idiots.
Train your employees better or ensure they speak the language needed to help customers please.

The three stars I gave are for the selection of items. Love this store for stuff and great deals Canadian Tire organization puts out. As far as the store staff it would be one star. Staff in sports really need to learn customer service. They walk around like they own the place and are not to be bothered for help. Twice I had to "tell" them that the online shows multiple items only to be told that they don't have it. I had to go to front and have them make the employees go to the back and get the item. Cashiers are very friendly though.

Awesome inventory but where are the employees. Needed assistant and there was no one to be found.

Today I went shopping at Canadian Tire Windermere. I was wearing a backpack with a chest strap and was instructed to leave it at Customer Service. I of course did not abandon my stuff with them and instead chose to leave. I'm curious if it would be considered prejudicial to demand that women leave their purses at Customer Service. After all, it would be a lot more convenient for someone to fill a purse than it would be for me to unbuckle my chest strap, remove the backpack, unzip the backpack, fill the backpack, zip up the backpack, and return the backpack to my torso. There is something to be said about common sense, and it's a shame that these folks possess no such thing.

Like all Canadian Tire locations, if you need help with something very specific, it's difficult to find someone knowledgeable. But if you know what you're looking for, this location is large and has good stock.

I went to find one little piece for my dishwasher. I asked an employee (who took 5 mins to find) if she knew where this piece was. She tried to convince me that they didn't sell that piece. I told her they did.. we argued for a bit and eventually she took me to the isle and I ended up finding it.. so whatever, then I went to the cash lanes and 2 female employees are literally playing on the stores electric wheelchair thing and yelling and laughing like kids... like... it was embarrassing... get to work.. and I have been there many other times and there is always noticeably horrible customer service.. I have never written a review but this place blows
