Best place to find all your good. Customer service is lacking.

I was traveling across Canada on my motorcycle, and some guys stole my wallet (which had all my IDs) right in front of this Canadian Tire. It was one of the worst days of my life since it meant I would have to go back to my home province (Ontario) for new IDs, and did not have enough time to ride back as winter was on it's way, so I was in an EXTREMELY bad position.

The AMAZING women (including an “Alex”) at the help desk at this store went through camera footage with my friend and GOT THE LICENSE PLATE of the vehicle of the thieves! We went to the RCMP with the evidence and in the end I GOT MY WALLET BACK and my trip was saved! They were not obligated to help me at all as much as they did, but they did help, and it made a massive difference.

Outstanding customer service.

Good selection of items, but short isles need number signs for locating merchandise. Staff were friendly and helpful. Adequate parking available.

Store is great just don't expect any help from the staff. I would recommend not letting them touch your vehicle they are clueless

Not everything in the flyer is at the store. Most times when you do order it does not come. All in all not a bad store.

Wow, that's some incredibly poor customer service. Went to purchase a large item on sale and after a snowfall, asked if I could purchase and then pick up when things got drier, or at least wait til the weekend when I can arrange a truck and some help. Told it has to be picked up right away, and then the customer service busied themselves with other tasks. Walked away unnoticed. Will order from amazon to save on stress.

Store has an odd layout, most staff don't seem overly interested in assisting customers, washrooms were beyond filthy, especially by comparison to other locations.

Went in for two new tires and ended up only needing one, they could have said nothing and gave me the two tires for $233 ( with install ) but charged me only for the one tire, saving a poor family man over $100. If they run all their customers like this, they just might undo years of bad service reviews..good luck Canadian Tire. You got a 5 star review this time.

I cannot even begin to describe my shock and dismay at the poor service received at this store. My son is currently serving military personnel. He was driving to Edmonton when he noticed his truck was having electrical issues so he stopped at this store. Despite his better instinct he followed direction to turn his vehicle off before he was told the only tech who could run a diagnostic wasn't "available". So lo and behold his vehicle is now broken down nearly in front of the service dept door and no one would help. We drove 3 hrs from saskatoon with tools and new parts; meanwhile it was below freezing and he had no heat and a pet in the vehicle. Guess what....still no one would help. After asking the so called service dept again, he finds out the tech is now "available" but can't or won't help him.
Not that they care but both my son and his pet were fine. "Canadian" tire is a joke, neither myself or any of my family or friends will ever return.
Thanks for nothing.
