Terrible terrible service.

Went to this location because their website said they had 8 Bissell steam cleaners on sale for $199.

Went to the location only to discover not only did they price the item at 229 but they were sold out.

I asked the red headed girl who worked in that department why they don't update their site instead of wasting a trip over their.

She didn't give me an answer and no apology.

I said I will never shop there again and she just got rude about it.

I responded again saying they should update their website and called her a princess because of her attitude .

She then said wow in a condescending tone and asked her what she said just to give her a chance to be more courteous. Again she said wow.

This was my first time in this store and will certainly be my last.

I know now why they are called crappy tire

I came back to exchange a Dyson vacuum cleaner for a more powerful model. The girl at the returns desk was very helpful and knowledgeable about her job. I wanted to finance the new model, so she sent me to the credit card guys. Haythim helped me get a card and was very speedy and friendly. He showed me how to get cash back, so I ended up getting $168 cash back on a $600 purchase. He took the time to point this out to me after my purchase. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

Very disappointed with the service in the automotive department. We asked four different employees where to find a rock chip repair kit before someone actually took the time to show us. Took us at least 30 minutes to get any real help. it wasn't even an employee who worked in that department who ended up helping us. Employees need more training in that department in customer service.

super friendly and knowledable staff. Always a great pleasure to deal with in the auto section as well as main store. They will literally make calls and google items or parts that they may not have readily available. very comfortable environment.

Purchased a dolly here. Asked a employee where I might find it. He checked and directed me to where it should be. So far so good! Half way there I spotted the dolly. It had been set up on display which saved me the search. Even better! I noticed the tires were a bit low so I decided to take it to automotive department. A nice fellow took me over to the service manager at the desk.everyting is going great so far. Great service! The employee told the service person at the counter that I needed air for the dolly I was purchasing. This automotive person says that he has nobody in right now do no he couldn't help me.i said well what about you? He didn't answer me. This guy was too lazy to get his hands a bit dirty to put a little air in my tires . unbelievably! ! Tire is in your name!!! Service was great til I got to automotive. Big fail!! Remind me never to bring my vehicle here.
This store would have gotten 5 stars if not for this lazy service person in automotive.

This location tends to be well stocked and the staff on the floor seem to be available and helpful. But the greeter confronted me about my 18 month old daughter's diaper bag and when I exclaimed that it wouldn't be going back to the car, that it was my daughter's diaper bag, she waved a manager over. The manager lectured me about their right to search through my daughter's diaper bag when we leave and that I can either accept it or leave it in the car. I have never experienced this anywhere else and my wife hasn't experienced it anywhere else or at this location (using the same backpack as a diaper bag). As a dad who tries to be a responsible parent I am offended by their response to a diaper bag. If I am not welcome to bring my daughter with me to Canadian tire it is very likely I won't go. Plain and simple. This isn't about searching the bag (I assume that they can search the bag if I give them cause to or they are suspicious as I leave), but rather the fact that they tried to make me return the diaper bag back to my car and then lectured me about their right to search it if I proceeded into the store.

Rating only for automotive department:
The prices are seriously ridiculous. I went there to have my brake caliper replaced, the old caliper was already off and I provided them with the new one.
They advised me of the $25 brake inspection, which by the way is totally ridiculous. I can inspect my own brake, but seeing as to they won't do the work unless they do it, I went along with it.
2 hours later, they tell me they can't do it unless I buy new pads and rotors as well... which is ridiculous!
What was supposed to be a $60 job became a $360 job.
At this point I just asked for my vehicle back and at first they wouldn't give me my vehicle saying it was unsafe, only until after I got my friend to bring his truck to tow it would they give me my vehicle back.

The store side on the other is alright. Lots of options to choose from, I can spend hours in there

Great service! Sunil, the manager was very helpful. We got what we needed and then Ryan & Christian were ready with out product at the warehouse pickup. We're longtime Canadian Tire customers, but this was the best service we have ever had!! Thanks again guys!!

I work at this Canadian Tire. Our prices are over rated. We say we want to help customers but just end up making them pay out the ass. If you want your simple wipers replaced its 10 bucks. Even if they are already off and you just want them snapped back on. If you come with more oil in your vehicle then you need and you just want the extra drained its 50 bucks for us to do it. No matter how much oil needs to be taken out. Convential oil change is base priced at 80 bucks and synthetic is at 133. Other places do it for half our prices. I highly recommend not going to this store for vehicle work. Even the journey men don't overly care and will make you wait hours before working on your vehicle. Employees are also extremely under paid and over worked.

Take it from me, ho somewhere else unless your made of money or don't care about having your vehicle done on time.
