Canadian Tire

Before you go to Canadian Tire, I would recommend to look up the aisle online or in store to save time, if you’re looking to shop in quick way. Price are reasonable and they have big selection for auto products.

Great place lacking on service side....but hard to compete with wallyworld next door....clean place......on the other hand Mark's work warehouse in same building no customer service the staff seen me get a ladder to remove clothing off top rack....did not even ask to assist.....5 staff 4 customers in at time....Mark's need to up their service a lot

Store is only open till 7pm on Sunday and not 9pm like it says on Google. Found this out the hard way after driving half a hour for nothing. Please fix this. Just a tip as well do not go to Canadian tire for most auto services.

The store is your typical Canadian Tire experience. Good deals if you watch the flyers. Returns and or price protections at this particular location are quite difficult. The customer service manager advised her staff member to lie to me in regarding their policies on price protection and made me wait nearly 30 minutes. I eventually got what I wanted but the experience was less than stellar.

Went to return an item that I purchased in error and had no problems returning it. Quick and painless. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Great service.

I dealt with Tanner to buy a lawnmower - I wish every site I went into had workers like him! Helpful, friendly and willing to do whatever he could to make things work for us.

Do not buy tires or any automotive repairs from Canadian tire. The WORST service that I have ever received. I have reported this company to the better business bureau. They have no idea about tires and for that matter vehicles. They sold me the wrong rims for my car and will not refund me. I had to take my car to kal-tire for real professional business. They fixed all my problems in one day that Canadian tire could NOT do in 5 weeks. It could have been fixed easily by refunding me my money for brand new rims that don't fit my car properly. Instead I will not even shop at one of there stores ever again. Thanks Canadian tire for nothing. You have lost me as a costumer and if I can help it anyone else that I know. You don't even deserve one star!

On a recent holiday to Cypress Hills we had a transmission leak and had our vehicle towed to your store for repair. Your Service Manager Danny was very helpful in rapidly diagnosing the problem and searching for available parts to repair. Unfortunately the part had to be ordered from Calgary and would not be there till Monday. He then arranged a rental car and drove me to the airport to pick it up. (remained at the airport till he was sure all was ok ). The part arrived on time and we were on our way home by noon on Monday. Danny is a credit to your store and i appreciate his professional behaviour and his kindness..A big thank you Danny. Ron and Pam Couves, Kelowna.
