Canadian Tire

Poor experience. Staff not very friendly & less than helpful in auto department.

Ordered a new set of tires for my truck last week at the parts desk, the staff were very friendly and knowledgable, the tires came in quick, and they put them on right away.
I will be getting a set of winter tires for my car next month here when there on sale and hoping the snow holds off until then.

We usually like Canadian Tire but a little peeved cause we went in for a part and they suggested one that was completly wrong for our vehicle having us tear our dash completly apart and spending a hundred dollars on a part we didn't need at all. It would be helpful if the staff were more knowledgeable about vehicle parts and if they don't know don't suggest . It's better to send a customer to someone who knows what they are talking about. Exhausting!!

Awesome. Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. I was surprised at the depth of knowledge the automotive manager displayed. Just wow.

I think Canadian Tire is great, I have been shopping there for over 20 years and never had a problem. I live in High River AB now and find this Canadian Tire to be exceptionally good for service.

rude staff at parts counter i bought some used rims for the car and needed lug nuts but only 1 pack on the shelf. when i asked if they had more in the back she sarcastically said I should just go back to where you bought them and ask them for some. Thought to myself a parts counter would be the place to go... guess i was wrong. She begrugingly checked the computer and said sorry no stock and they wont be getting more anytime soon. My opinion was she didn't even look. Poor service I put my other purchases down and left.

Excellent Customer Service. Supervisor, manager and store owner helped me out in a huge way with a lawn tractor issue. Took the time to hear my concerns and fixed a mistake the Okotoks store made.Truly Customer focused. Thank you!

I was in a store this morning returning staff. The lady manager the worst I ever met. Making comments so rude. She found a hair on the item I return she accused me I have pets Also behind me a gentleman returning items she wasn't friendly with him either. Bad service
