The day started with a Fire Alarm at 5am. Broke a sprinkler pipe on the north end of the 200 building. What a mess, no one was injured, just a big wet clean up. We are working with contractors to repair the problem and clean up the mess. please have patience with us, as this will take a few days for all the repairs to get completed.

We will be conducting a Fire Inspection Jan 2-4th, 2019. Inspection is required by law, sorry for the timing, but we are experiencing some issues with trouble alarms so we will get it fixed and inspected at the same time.

More good news, after 5+ years fighting with the company to replace all the water header, the company has finally agreed to replace all the unchanged lines under warranty. This will be disruptive for owners and tenants, and we apologize for this inconvenience.

Paint touch up to the front of 100 building, Franklin Ave. Eavestrough going to get sealed and repaired starting Aug 17.

Lots of activity this summer. Phase 1 of the doors and windows complete.

Upcoming work in August will be more dryer vent cleaning and eve trough repairs.

Window project is almost complete for this year. Thank you all for your co-operation.

Over the next few weeks, starting May 25, we will be doing some construction on the Franklin side of the 100 building. We are starting to replace the windows and patio doors of all units, this will be a phased installation in order to manage the cost. During the construction the visitor parking area will be impacted for contractors equipment.

The office will be closed this week. Will reopen May 22. If you have any issues please contact Audrey Davis.

FIRE SAFETY By popular demand of our Fire services we will be conducting Fire Alarm test in Both buildings all next week, April 16 - 20. Suite access is required and mandatory. This is part of our fire alarm system upgrade and our annual inspections. We will also be checking Suite smoke detectors, Balcony decks and patio light fixture. Due to extended work being done, contractors will be working until 8PM each night.
