If I could go a half star they would barely deserve it. After months of dealing with these people, getting things inand out and paying huge amounts of interest, we were assured that two items were pulled and sold so we no longer incur fees on them, go to pawn something, 'we want 30 dollars for the items that you made us pull'. This place is a complete scam, the interest rate is 49% plus fees on everything, every time, you put something in one week, you have to pay your interest in full when you go to make the pawn. It is illegal to charge as much interest as they do yet they operate with impunity. It's a joke to pay the interest after a couple of months because the item isn't worth, then they pull it and sell it for less than you owe. Avoid them like the plague, they are useless maroons who can't make a deal, they have to look it up, God help you if someone has the same item from WISH. hahahaha

The staff have no idea that an Ontario Health Card is GOVERNMENT issued, you know, from the Ontario Government.
I was trained how to serve alcohol and read these health cards for ID in Smart Serve training!!

Pretty sure if the bank lets me in to my account, as a stranger to this province and branch, never before been to a branch in Alberta and I'm without my bank card.. omg this government issued photo health card is good enough ID for the bank should be freaking good enough to sell something at a Pawn shop.

At least pick up the ID card and investigate it before writing it off next time eh? You'll see all the safety features like licenses have etc..

The staff here are all miserable, whether trying to sell or buy they have no idea what customer service entails.

Worst service in GP yet, and there has been a lot of bad apples but I think this store takes the cake.

I love this place! The girls are all amazing and super friendly and knowledgable of the products in their store. Their pricing is fair and the product is good!

Good crew in there. Always enjoy going in and getting good deals. Management is always available to help too. You don't get that everywhere.

Hot damn, I like this place. Decent pricing and the layaway program is a fantastic way to get an expensive item without gutting my wallet all at once, with no interest to boot. Chloe , one of the pawn brokers has been time and time again a very positive employee who makes sure that I as a customer walk away happy.

Chloe helped me with my pawn and provided the best customer service in Grande Prairie. Money cannot pay for such exceptional service. Promote this woman.

The staff here are absolutely amazing. I find that even with all the foot traffic they get through the store, they maintain a clean environment. They also have a great layaway program!
