We had a bit of an issue in dealing with Greyhound. Would never have thought that in this day and age that a parcel with tracking numbers could "go missing".

These guys are awesome! Luke can be quite the joker but all in good humor and fun. I felt very welcomed and comfortable here. Kyle was quick to get me a quote and order my tires. I got to Kick back relax and watch whatever I wanted in their waiting area while they went to work on my car!

The prices are the best your going to find with top notch service. They took half the time they had quoted to do the job and I was on my way in no time! I would definitely recommend and go back here!

Place looks sketchy as fuck on the outside but on the inside great service and even better pricing the only thing I can complain about is that it was too busy in there when I went to get my rims put on but I guess that's a good thing will definitely be going there for my girlfriends car and my Jeep tj

Just took my ride in this weekend and got some winters slapped on it for a great price ! The service was great it took a while do to the first come first serve system but hey I didn't have to make a appointment and got some sweet looking rubber for a good price . And there was a small issue with one of the tires and they dropped everything to fix it right away when I showed up . I'll be back for sure in the spring !

I f***ing love these guys. After 4 days of frustrations calling and driving to different companies with skyrocket prices and telling me I needed to replace everything in my system. I finally called Subserious and Samantha Grey was amazing and put me right through to Luke Bazinet who does the electrical and he squeezed me in on Saturday the last hour of his weekend. Not only did he look at my system but he rewired and it works perfect. I will recommend to everyone and anyone to go to Subserious Autoworks because I will go no where else.

I bought an android box from the staff here in December and absolutely love it. When picking it up the staff were very helpful in running through the features of it and how to use it. I would recommend anyone who is on the fence to buy one you won't be disappointed.

I bought a set of 20" rims and tires for my charger last year. Forgot to review. I won't lie I had my doubts at first but I haven't had a problem related to my service since I left the shop. The boys were great. Dimitri gave me a great deal, and to top it all off they stayed late for me. To all the people complaining about getting rims/tires that are the wrong size. Do your research and don't be stupid. You should know what size you need to fit before you walk in the door. Tools.

Highly recommend this place! I had a set of wheels and tires ordered from their supplier, mounted and balanced, then shipped to my door over in BC in a very quick 4 days! The price was very competitive and i couldn't be happier with the product!

Had some troubles with a previous audio installation no longer working. Called the shop and they told me to come by when I could. Stopped in, and Luke took my car in immediately to see what was going on. Turns out it was just a blown fuse up by the battery, but I would have never figured that out since I'm not too comfortable with any of the power stuff. He sold me a new fuse and replaced it, and now everything works fine. All of this took less than an hour. I purchased summer rims and tires in the past from these guys, dealing with mostly Dimitri (sp), which was outstanding service as well. Subserious will always have my business.

Dealt with Kevin and his teamthat had me back on the road in no time! Had somebody freshly powder coated 3 piece wheels with a big stretch tire and they had them mounted and balanced in no time and not an scratch! Theyvtake great prode in their workmanship I would highly recommend anyone go see them.

Awesome guys to deal with. Yes, they have several signs stating no refunds yada yada.. But I believe this is mainly due to the area they are located.. I'm sure they are sick of people trying to get free things.. Considering everything they sell is installed.. And doesn't make sense to uninstall in the event someone changes there mind.

I called here, late Sunday morning because I had an emergency. My tore blew up and I live 5 hours away.. My car is AWD so I also needed four tires. The owner tried getting his guys in to help me at dinner time on a Sunday. The tire guy was having dinner on the far side of town so sadly he never made it to the shop for me.. But its the thought that counts!

I went In right away at 9 am. There were several customers waiting already. It took a little bit longer than anticipated, but I believe this was due to several guys not being at work and I technically didn't have an appointment. I was on my way by 12.

The tires I bought ( the joyroad rx818) are actually pretty sweet looking and I can't wait to test them out once it snows. They seemed pretty quiet for snow tires too. Not that, that's something I care about.

Well, what can I say?! They know there stuff! As I sat and waited for my tires and rims (great price!)to be put on people were calling and filing through the door like crazy! Each and every question customers had these guys had answers, I swear at one point there was so much chatter in there it felt like the stock market! The staff were also very helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend this business and the team on 118th. And please please don't judge the book by its cover, go in the store,it's worth it.

Please don't deal with this shop because they don't know how to provide good customer service. I am very disappointed and regret so much why I bought my rims with them. I'm telling everyone that they will waste your money, time and probably damage your car. I'm not coming back to this shop ever again, that's a promise!

Never shop at this place again. My son bought some rims and tires. After waiting 5 hrs (had appt at3:00 didnt get them on till 8:00) to get them put on took a look and the tire was so close to the spindle on his truck (not even 1/4") I mentioned that they will end up rubbing, just to be told as the suspension settles there will be more clearance. Haha. The rim is bolted to the spindle, the clearance will never change. By the time we got home I checked his tires and sure shit they rubbed, called to complain , even sent a message ro the owner to see if he would correct the problem and he dosent reply and went down there, wouldn't even warranty the tire for their screw up, saying it won't rub. Maybe people who work in a shop like this should know what they are talking about before they tell a MECHANIC that it will be fine.

We had a bit of an issue in dealing with Greyhound. Would never have thought that in this day and age that a parcel with tracking numbers could "go missing".

Even with all this hassle the team at Subserious came through and got me a new set of wheels and tires. Now just to wait to get them on and get some pics to show. A huge THANK YOU to Sam, patient and polite, even with all the issues.

These guys are awesome! Luke can be quite the joker but all in good humor and fun. I felt very welcomed and comfortable here. Kyle was quick to get me a quote and order my tires. I got to Kick back relax and watch whatever I wanted in their waiting area while they went to work on my car!

The prices are the best your going to find with top notch service. They took half the time they had quoted to do the job and I was on my way in no time! I would definitely recommend and go back here!

Place looks sketchy as fuck on the outside but on the inside great service and even better pricing the only thing I can complain about is that it was too busy in there when I went to get my rims put on but I guess that's a good thing will definitely be going there for my girlfriends car and my Jeep tj

Just took my ride in this weekend and got some winters slapped on it for a great price ! The service was great it took a while do to the first come first serve system but hey I didn't have to make a appointment and got some sweet looking rubber for a good price . And there was a small issue with one of the tires and they dropped everything to fix it right away when I showed up . I'll be back for sure in the spring !

He is a very knowledgeable person and very pleasant to deal with. He was quite informative and pleasant. His staff were excellent even with the business of the first snowfall. I f***ing love these guys. After 4 days of frustrations calling and driving to different companies with skyrocket prices and telling me I needed to replace everything in my system. I finally called Subserious and Samantha Grey was amazing and put me right through to Luke Bazinet who does the electrical and he squeezed me in on Saturday the last hour of his weekend. Not only did he look at my system but he rewired and it works perfect. I will recommend to everyone and anyone to go to Subserious Autoworks because I will go no where else.

I bought an android box from the staff here in December and absolutely love it. When picking it up the staff were very helpful in running through the features of it and how to use it. I would recommend anyone who is on the fence to buy one you won't be disappointed.

I bought a set of 20" rims and tires for my charger last year. Forgot to review. I won't lie I had my doubts at first but I haven't had a problem related to my service since I left the shop. The boys were great. Dimitri gave me a great deal, and to top it all off they stayed late for me. To all the people complaining about getting rims/tires that are the wrong size. Do your research and don't be stupid. You should know what size you need to fit before you walk in the door. Tools.

Highly recommend this place! I had a set of wheels and tires ordered from their supplier, mounted and balanced, then shipped to my door over in BC in a very quick 4 days! The price was very competitive and i couldn't be happier with the product!

Had some troubles with a previous audio installation no longer working. Called the shop and they told me to come by when I could. Stopped in, and Luke took my car in immediately to see what was going on. Turns out it was just a blown fuse up by the battery, but I would have never figured that out since I'm not too comfortable with any of the power stuff. He sold me a new fuse and replaced it, and now everything works fine. All of this took less than an hour. I purchased summer rims and tires in the past from these guys, dealing with mostly Dimitri (sp), which was outstanding service as well. Subserious will always have my business.

Dealt with Kevin and his teamthat had me back on the road in no time! Had somebody freshly powder coated 3 piece wheels with a big stretch tire and they had them mounted and balanced in no time and not an scratch! Theyvtake great prode in their workmanship I would highly recommend anyone go see them.

I'm sure they are sick of people trying to get free things.. Considering everything they sell is installed.. And doesn't make sense to uninstall in the event someone changes there mind.
