I usually book in for a brow wax at the GP mall location however they were full so I booked in at the west-gate location. My first visit a few months ago the lady waxed my brows way to thin when i specifically asked her not too. I decided to give them another shot when again my regular salon was full for appointments, the girl waxed to much between my brows and practically took 1/4 of my right eye brow. Not impressed, will not be returning.

friendly staff, very clean environment! always trying to accomodate to client needs. have fit me in multiple times when needed :) fair pricing! about average to all the other salons in town! love coming here. lots of product and Stylists know what theyre doing!

I get a haircut about..every three or four months. Have been going for a while. But every time I get an appointment something happens fifteen minutes before. I understand having issues sometimes but I'm never compensated, it's always when I'm heading out or when I get there and there's never another appointment. Quite frustrating. As much as the staff is friendly I wouldn't go back because of the inconvenience. I'm currently sitting in a walk in because I need to get my hair cut today because it's my day off after 13, because my appointment was cancelled.

Pissed.

I went in and purchased a gift certificate for my wife. I was quoted $142 for a cut/style and color. While she's in there she is offered an 'ombre' and not given any indication as to a price change. When it was time to check out it cost her $238. This is downright ridiculous to not give the customer an idea of such a price increase. We both feel ripped off, and won't be going back. I would suggest being CRYSTAL clear about what you want and ask about prices the entire time you're there I guess, or they'll just give you the priciest option apparently. Also, I looked up 'ombre' online, and it is nothing like the hair style my wife paid excess amounts of money for. So we paid extra for nothing.
