Made an appointment, got there ten minutes early, waited 1/2 hr after appointment time. No one called for me, no one called me, no one said a word to me. They knew I was there. I just got up and left.... Glad I get to pay someone else to cut my hair. Tried to give zero stars...

lloydminster staff is far from down to earth and friendly. theyre untrained, uncaring girls. the lack of knowledge about products on their shelf was beyond sad and pathetic. the atmosphere when you walk in there is the worst. nobody greets you, let alone even moves their head or makes eye contact (not like theyre ever busy)
go to kickass hair in lloydminster, theyll take care of you!!

Loved my cut and hair color.

They cut my hair very in even and I was not pleased and the lady was in a rush while doing it

They carry a lot of products which is nice but the girls are extremely stuck up and not approachable at all. They could benefit from customer service training
