Cibc Branch & Atm

This branch is the worst branch and customer service you can find in Edmonton, we have certified cheque from them and we lost the cheque so we asked them to cancel it and return the money in the account they said money will be in the account in 10 days and after 2 weeks they said we have to sign papers and wait another 10 days, now it's over month and the money still with them and they don't have any answer why the money not in the account.... If you want to lose your business do business with this branch and this bank!

Painfully slow process. Stood in line for a half hour with with only 4 customers ahead of me and one at the 2 tills that were open

A bank that never answers the phone? What's the point! Very disgusted with this kind of an operation. Wrong people in the wrong job. CIBC needs to do a better job of hiring staff.

Great customer service. Helpful and friendly

This place is definitely a joke. I don't know how to describe their customer service it is unbelievable extremely rude they make you look like stupid when they are the ones that act like it. Even the people who sit in the office you would think they would have a better customer service but no. People please pay for a little bit of gas and drive somewhere else believe be it is worth it. I'm going there and so do my whole family and friends. WE HAVE HAD MORE THAN ENOUGH WITH THIS PLACE. IF THERE WAS -1 STAR I WOULD DEFINITELY GIVE THIS PLACE -1.
