Cibc Branch & Atm

We went to this location because it is the closet to our house. It was the worst mistake, I’ve never had such horrible service at a CIBC before. I will drive across the city before I bank at this location again.

This used to be a branch, now days its more like an ATM place.
I got here after 5pm and the branch is open until 8, that is what it says on their website.
So i get there and people are wondering if they can open a US account he says no, next guy needed $100 bills he says no, then I needed to do a wire transfer he says no. His recommendation was to go to Millwoods at 28th ave, except that day it was closed early at 5.
So I asked him what he could help with, because if the building says on the website is open, the customers expect banking hours service and his response was that he was there to answer questions and that he could not open the vault... okay.

Terrible terrible service last few times I've gone I was treated very badly (ignored, people were able to jump the line and just a bad attitude) hate this Location with a passion.

Staff are nice but there is normally only 1-2 tellers open and always a line up so I spend half an hour almost every time just waiting.

Had no problem until my last 2 times I was here. First time whole system was gown for I quote "10 minutes" I left came back an hour later still down and no reason the manager just shook his shoulders. Second time I arrived to deposit something with a teller. Two windows open and neither of the tellers could seem to help the customers so the manager had to step in both times. 45 minutes later still only person in line and not a single employee seemed to care about anyone's time. Closest bank to my house but I will drive across the city to avoid this place.

How come nobody never pic up when you call this is just unbelievable!!!

Wow, what a joke of a bank. I lost my card and went here to get a new one. They gave me a new one about a week ago, I set the pin, everything was fine until today when I noticed I was logging into online banking with my OLD card. So I called, she noticed that my old one wasn't even cancelled (WTF?) so she says she will cancel it and I can re-register with my new card. I try to use it to register and it says I can't and to call back. Okay... so I call back and she says my NEW one was cancelled and OLD one was still in play. WTF??? So she cancels my old one and says I have to go back into the branch to get a new one. What a damn joke of a company. I'm lucky no one used my old card (tap feature). Definitely switching back to TD. Jesus Christ.
