I don't normally do reviews but after 2 years of business banking with CIBC and visiting this branch for the last 1.5 years... enough is enough. The line wait times are always 20+ minutes with one teller available. They are unbelievably slow, rude and never seem to be trained properly. There is also never a shortage of other bank employees casually walking around, oblivious to the long lines, chatting or using the Keurig in the corner. Booked an appointment at another bank to prepare to switch. Adios CIBC.

Terrible service. Never more than 2 CSRs working. 15+ minute wait minimum. I have spoken to the branch manger on several occasions and nothing has changed. Also, not to be petty but this branch also smells terrible.

Very very very slow staff. Not motivated at all. Wait for a long time in line and not acknowledged at all. Never have enough staff - usually only one person on. And of course all the managers, etc. hide at the back not to be noticed so they don't have to pretend that they care. Never seem to smile and are not friendly.

This branch has really gone downhill. Long lines, worst customer service I have ever experienced. I waited 35 min to cash a cheque for my business account and I didn't even cash it because the teller was incapable of operating her computer. No management there to assist or other staff who seemed to care.

I wouldn't even give them one star. The worst experience I've had dealing with CIBC. I went in today to see if I could info from an account I'd closed (am still a customer) and was met by a cranky man who I believe to be the manager. He told me I should be looking up answers to some questions online, and some of the questions he had to help with. He was very rude, flippant and rolling eyes / shrugging his shoulders while dealing with me (unless he has a medical condition, not appropriate).

I commented I've been a long term customer for almost 20 years, rarely complain or take the staffs time, I shouldn't be treated like such a hindrance. He said he wanted me to get more detailed as to why I was now upset. I gave him examples of behaviour and issues I've had with the staff at this location and asked for my card back and would deal with another location

Had a problem with them screwing up my auto wothdrawls, when fixing it I needed to send a fax to my auto finance company and they refused to send the fax for me. I asked nicely and said please. Horrible branch will never go back and thinking about switching banks

This is the worst bank I've had the displeasure of dealing with. Slowest tellers. And never enough. Lines get to 10+ people long.. 2 tellers on and a bunch of staff sitting around chatting. Worst customer service experience.

the staff have no idea what they are doing let alone how to deal with telephone banking.
