I was very pleased with the service at CIBC, the line up was a little long, which is to be expected at a bank, but I was pleasantly surprised when a female manager was kind enough to come out to me and offer assistance as I waited. Thank you to the staff and manager.

Amazing experience! The tellers and manager were great even though the line up was a bit long. But then again if the line up is that long it means this bank is doing something good.

Tellers are the slowest I have ever seen. 20 minute wait and I was first in line! The manager had to come out and do the transactions for both of them. After 20 minutes I left and still didn't get my banking done. The line up was 10 people long and no one came out to help. Worst bank in Edmonton!

Wait times are ridiculous. There's only one teller working most of the time. The line gets super long. Everyone else working there could care less. This has happened numerous times for the past year.

Sorry to say that I had bad experience with the customer service representative Mr.Jeff. He behaved very rude and communicated really bad but the manager was kind enough to help me.

Worst branch ever. There is only one teller. I went there to change my address but Eva told me I need proof of address. I told her I just moved there. And when you change your address online it doesnt require any proof of address since it is not requirement. She didnt change it. I had changed my address before at TD bank and RBC none of them asked for that.
She was not friendly at all. Will never come back here again.
