Cibc Branch With Atm

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BRANCH!! The turn over and communication at this brach is horrible. In the 6 months we had a mortgage for our new home there were 4 different brokers. None of whom communicated with the other. They continuously made mistakes, taking our payments from the wrong accounts on the wrong dates. We would be told the payments would come out on a certain date and it would not, leaving us with bank fees and far too much time and effort trying to resolve the issues. Every time we go in it would be a different person oblivious to what had originally been communicated to us, this happened REPEATEDLY!! On top of that there is only ever one teller and always a lineup. Changing branches.

I can't understand how they manage this branch, Saturday hours 9:30 Am to 4 Pm on this website, i went there its closed.I note on the door has different work schedule!!!! I drove to the other location SW of Airdrie , rude and unprofessional teller. I don't know how they pick and train thier employees????
