Cibc Branch With Atm

Just opened a new account like 10days what a difference being treated with respect and a valued customer my previous bank that I've dealt with for over 22yrs nothing but disrespect and treated me like a nobody because my credit rating is less than perfect, trying to get a minor $300 overdraft protection, they've looked at me and laughed and asked what do you expect was even told by a branch manager most 16yr olds have a better credit rating, that's all I needed hopefully over the years CIBC had meet my needs and expectations

Always a line up. Never a front line staff member to deal with non transaction issues

CIBC is absolutely horrible to deal with. My card was clearly compromised. When I first called to report what had happened I was told I "might get my money back" it's been a week I have yet to be contacted. I have contacted the branch manager as well I have called the 1-800 # to inquire the status and I haven't gotten any further than I was a week prior. I can not wait for this to be resolved so I can close my accounts.
