Had a warranty issue with my car, christina from the service department was great .

Very Helpful in purchasing a new vehicle, made it easy to understand everything that was in the vehicle with regards to additions, made time to talk over everything that was wanted in a vehicle to find the closest to perfect one.

My experience with my latest purchase was good overall. Started rough with a sales person calling me on Wednesday for a Friday appointment but failed to be anywhere near. He took a job in Bonneville but neglected to give my info to another sales rep or call me that he wasn't going to make it.
I dealt with Cameron again. No issues with him. I bought my Journey through him in 2015. Love that vehicle. This time was to update the family vehicle to a truck rather than SUV. Cameron found me a truck that I like with the options that I wanted. He was very busy and they were short staffed as it was Easter weekend. Although busy, I was still treated like I was the only one there. That's 2 new vehicles I've gotten from Cameron at Cold Lake Chrysler. Perhaps a third will be in the future.

I finally had to do some repair work to my journey after 4 years of having it. As crappy as it was having to drop $1500 on parts and labour, the made it a little easier by giving me a loner vehicle and being swift about the repairs.
