I highly recommend Country Chrysler for both sales and service.

Don sold me my 2010 Dodge Journey and it is still going strong with 271,000 + kms.

The girls behind the service desk are always friendly and welcoming and with their team of service guys, they ensure my vehicle is safe before I leave.

The one time I had an issue with my vehicle, Scott (the Manager) heard my concern and was quick to fix it.

Country Chrysler is a great place to do business.

"Flickering Dash Lights 2014 Ram 3500 & coolant warning" - Pam OBrien
Went to the service department with flickering dash lights and a coolant level warning. Still under warranty at that time. Told that the we'd have to just live with the flickering, and that the low coolant was due to a faulty rad cap. Called FCA Canada about the lights - they explained that "No, it's not normal and to take it back". I called the service manager and relayed that. So they had to replace the cluster panel, which in my opinion they knew was the problem all along. The problem is all over the internet. They also installed a new rad cap, big deal. The warranty has now expired, and guess what we keep having to add coolant. Really makes you think something else is wrong, doesn't it. Lazy and incompetent shop. Bought our last 4 vehicles from them - sales is great - but because of the poor service department we will never go there again, ever, for any reason. Also from what I read on these posts, they never take ownership of a problem. They give excuses and reverse the blame back on to the reviewer. Very disappointing.

Have to say after many years of different vehicles and dealerships Country Chrysler tops them all. Had an amazing experience buying my 2017 Ram 1500, thank you to Brian, Linda and Stewart for all the help. Also to see a website that shows extreme care in the pictures of vehicles on the site was a nice thing to see. Many other dealers showed dirty vehicles and very little care in how their vehicles look. Great job guys!!!!

Bought a slightly used Durango from the folks at Country Chrysler. Dealing with Stewart in sales was a mostly positive experience, nothing outstanding but nothing to complain about. Very friendly and easy to relate to.
However, after the deal had been made, I was told to wait for 10 minutes so I could talk to the "money lady" Linda. This was odd as there was no financing required. After finally getting in to see Linda, it became apparent why she was the money lady. First she attempted to give me a science lesson in the corrosion properties of Calcium Chloride. I tried to brush off the Rust Proofing, Undercoating, and leather treatment by saying that since it was 3:30 pm and I was picking up the truck first thing in the morning, there likely wouldn't be time to have it all completed. She assured me that it likely wouldn't be a problem. This was obviously a warning sign..what kind of bang up job could they do in such a short period of time. Again, I politely declined, and I could tell my refusal was somewhat annoying.
Money Lady Linda then moved onto extended warranty. I prefaced this by asking if any warranty that was offered would be refunded if not used during the service timeline. I know this sounds crazy, but I have had two Chevy trucks that not only gave me better coverage, 10 extra free oil changes, but refunded me the full ~$2300 when the warranty expired without usage. Of course she laughed at me and said this was ridiculous. Naturally, I passed on the extended warranty. Now visibly annoyed, she rolled her eyes at me, and told me it made no financial sense to refuse the warranty if we planned on having the vehicle past the manufacturers warranty. I reminded her that I was buying this vehicle without any financing/debt so I probably had a good handle on what made financial sense. At this point I was ready to walk out. I told her if she didn't want to complete this deal with me, that was fine. Linda back stepped and said she was not trying to be condescending, then proceeded to list all of the options that the vehicle had that could malfunction. Not a very good way of establishing confidence in the product you are selling. I am very aware of what owning a vehicle entails, and if your warranty was so great, you wouldn't have to try so hard to push it. Sorry you couldn't squeeze another dime out of me.

Since posting this review, the owner, Dave Jackson reached out to me and made a genuine apology. I must say I am impressed that he took the time to show he cares.

Best car buying experience ever! Scott, Dave and the whole team at country chrysler are so amazing! They know their stuff and will go out if their way to make sure you get the best treatment. I will hands down be coming here for every vehicle from now on!

Update: They did reach out only after this review approx. year later after purchase since I had called and been in to dealership numerous times after purchase and brushed off, I had asked to talk to Manager owner before but to no avail, and the fact they said it was only brought back in after 7000 kms is laughable since I only went to Kelowna BC and back the following weekend when it acted up after purchase and informed them immediately after trip and am pretty sure by the time they did since within a week had problem with radio control unit ( I did not use much before this after purchase week before until trip to BC week later), and it should have been covered by dealer but it was not in the least and they charged me approx.$500 so I could at least use radio and display etc.(which was freezing up... most likely had issues before I even bought suv). He did verbally offer a free oil change (and had said that was discounted price for supply and install of radio control unit) LOL... I said, "do I need that in writing too since how will dealer know if not on file?"

3. They did not even honor free oil change ... OMFG, do not deal with this cheap dealership, they get your money then they forget about you, make sure you get a 30 day free exchange if problems and repairs at their cost if pre existing which this was most likely since satellite radio was working as well regular radio and display when I took for test drive but as soon as I took out on road trip after purchased within week of buying it was not working?? Not sure how that happened but weird to say the least... did they switch units since they knew I would have to pay for replacement or was it just bad luck and unfortunate timing.

In the END I would never deal with them again due to ethics and being so cheap that not even free oil change or used hitch that was to be supplied to make customer happy and to meet verbal obligations presented to buyer by salesman. I would recommend you go elsewhere also if you read this review also.

Any warranty work or repair work will be done elsewhere also, suggest you all go elsewhere too for any parts or repairs or maintenance, since they will probably not make things right if any problems need to be resolved.

Hope they lose a lot of sales and business due to their poor business practices.

READ UPDATE after reply at start, and now they want to remedy LOFL, no way I will deal with them ever again!!!! FORGET ABOUT DEALING WITH THISDEALER and its PEOPLE!

Took my Neon here to fix a transmission problem. It turns out that the transmission was shot and I had to junk the car. But I was impressed with the way they took time to explain to me in detail (and in terms that I could understand) what the problem was, and what options I had to fix it. They treated me as though I was important to them. Thank you Scott!

I took my son in to buy his first vehicle. Stuart showed us a few, then suggested we should order exactly what we wanted. We went through the whole process, getting my boy more excited along the way. When we agreed and were actually going to order it, we were told they could not place the order. No further explanation, just sent us packing with no other option or explanation. Perhaps they did not think we could afford it, or that I could not make the transaction happen without my husband..... Good thing we stopped at the Okotoks Jeep dealer. They ordered it that day, and we had exactly what we wanted in the garage in 6 weeks. I will never recommend Country Chrysler to anyone EVER.
