Our members voted for Diane as the member of the month for Armoury South and we couldn’t be more thrilled!
She only knows beast mode, shows up daily and encourages those around her. She’s positive and has a genuine spirit and makes sure to stick around for the last person doing the workout. She STILL gives a 110% even at 20 weeks pregnant and is usually the first person to tell an athlete “good job”! She’s an amazing Mom and an inspiring athlete, you can’t help but be motivated to work harder when Diane’s in class. She ROCKS!

Congrats to all our members who competed in Canmore this weekend! Big shoutout to Erin and Amelia for taking home 2nd place in the Women’s Scale division and representing Armoury on the podium! 💪👊🎉

Thourghly enjoy my workouts here. Love that multiple class options and that I can even do my own open gym workouts. The environment is clean, safe and filled with great friendly people. I've been to other boxes where coaches just say "good job" but don't watch your form and I've been injured badly. Here they watch, they correct and inform, so that you get the best skill development, without injury. The improvements I've made here are by far more than I made at any other Crossfit gym.

The box I will be training at every time I come home to Edmonton

Stronger today than I was at the beginning of the month!! Thanks! :)

My daughter and I were welcomed by the staff and club members for the week we spent visiting relatives in Edmonton. The WODS were well structured, difficult at times, and fun! We highly recommend this CrossFit box and plan on visiting again when we are in town.

Made it through the first class! onward we go GAME ON�

I've dropped in at many boxes around the world. This is a great place! I love that Ed challenged me to push myself.

I had a great workout and learned a few new things from the coach. Everyone was very friendly� It is set up well. Went back the next day to watch our daughter work out and we're able to bring our dog to the canine corner. This was a big help as we were heading home 2 hours away and didn't want to leave him in the vehicle �

I don't just work out here....it's my hobby! Love it!

Great environment, they really get you to want to push yourself!

Great coaching, good programming and awesome people! Armoury does not disappoint.
