Absolutely horrible work. Took my 2015 vehicle in, picked it up and there was a pair of safety glasses left in the console, the humidity sensor cover was on the floor, and the vehicle was completely covered in dust on the inside (I detailed it 5 days prior to this service).Took it home and cleaned the interior...thought I should check the rest, and the poor work continued throughout. The plastic cover at the bottom of the windshield was only partially attached, none of the wires were clipped back in place, and the weather stripping had a 3/4 gap on on the driver side where it meets the bottom strip. They tried to put the plastic cover on the humidity sensor, but couldn't because the sensor itself was never installed properly. Overall, the worst work I have ever seen.

Have used them for my fleet for the last five years. Always great service and have referred many of my clients to them.

Always great service here. I got my AMI glass insurance through them and they always get you out the door quickly.

I had a windshield replaced a while ago. That was the last straw with all the issues I had with this place. The idiot that is the manager in the back is a "Red Green" type person who repairs everything with double sided tape! They chipped the roof on my vehicle, then claimed from 10 feet away that it was "rusted & had been like that for awhile". No one's eyes are that good, so he knew they did it and wouldn't admit it. There were 2 nicks in the front doors where they'd be standing when installing the windshield. The driver's side armrest (leather) was scratched. The outside trim was put back on with double sided tape, I found out recently because they broke all the clips off. The trim was also twisted and had to be repaired. They broke the wiring harness and claimed it was "worn out". How does a non-moving part "wear out"? They replaced that. They didn't replace the windshield weatherstrip either.
I know my vehicle very well and wash it often so I would notice nicks, chips and dents. None of this damage was in existence before I took it to them.
They left my partner's car running, in the parking lot, unlocked.
Any complaint we had was quickly dismissed with ridiculous excuses, repeated over and over, by the shop foreman, who appears to be very incompetent. We will never take a vehicle there or recommend it to anyone.

I had my windshield replaced on September 10 by September 19 it had a crack. A small rock hit the edge of my windshield. When I went in to the shop the filled the crack. While waiting in the shop I heard Patsy and Michelle critique each customer on how they drive and park their car. There was not one nice thing they could say about the clients. Patsy then yelled at me over a making a phone call to another glass company. I live in a three car household and we all needed new windshield. I am not rich so the $269.00 windshield had to be budgeted for. I try to support local and ethical companies that have quality products. Crystal Glass especially Leduc has neither.
