The delivery driver is super nice and always cheerful, this goes a longer way that you would think. Culligan is almost always able to accommodate an earlier delivery date if we run out of water here at our corporate environment earlier than our delivery date. I really like the electronic bill and eStatement post delivery. Online bill payment by account number is also very nice. I wouldn't change anything, keep up the good work. Thank you.

So far not very satisfied with my brand new R/O system!! Have been doing bottled water for 18+ years and never an issue!! Sold on this great system and now this.
Appointment not met, rushed install and when I call to complain about murky water and an oily film in water told it's because he was running behind and forgot to flush the system, told how to do it and it's been 5hrs and resivior still not filled! Yet water rushing down drain?
Good note is that it was installed where requested and it was fairly tight working space so thank you on that note but still waiting for clean drinkable water!!.

Phone calls with questions are always answered promptly. My R/O and water softener installation was on time and the installer was friendly and efficient...he even cleaned up after himself! Always have been a Culligan customer, and always will be.
