Cute Little Rugrats is a home run business by a stay at home mom. Custom orders along with in stock items can be available for pickup in East Edmonton or shipping is available for an additional charge. In stock items are also available at local markets and craft fairs as well as Heavens to Betsy! Gift Shop in Devon, AB.

To place a custom order with Cute Little Rugrats, please private message with a description of what you are looking for and the date you are needing all items for and I will return your message within 24 hours. If you are placing an order for an embroidered item that I do not currently have, there will be a $2. 50 charge applied to your total.

Inquiries on an item can be commented on the photos available on my Facebook page, but private message is preferred. Notifications can some times be missed or more specific information might be required to properly answer your question so please contact me and I will help you out as best possible.

To purchase in stock items please comment on the items you would like to purchase and send a private message as soon as you are ready to confirm your order.

Payments can be made by cash as long as items are being shipped or picked up within 48 hours of order being place. If pickup is later than 48 hours or if you are placing a custom order you must make a minimum of 50% initial payment by Etransfer or PayPal (5% surcharge is applied to all PayPal payments). Remaining balance can be made by Etransfer or PayPal no later than the evening before pickup /shipping or cash at time of pickup.

Please note items will not be held longer than 48 hours without initial payment. When placing a custom order the date given as approximate completion date will also not be held longer than 48 hours without initial payment. if payment is made later than 48 hours please note that the same completion date may no longer be available.

When purchasing items at a show, cash is always excepted and preferred. However if cell phone reception is good Visa and Mastercard may also be accepted.

Please note ALL initial payments are non-refundable and are due within 48 hours of placing your order. All order details will be confirmed only after initial payment has been made.

Cute Little Rugrats will return all messages within 24 hours from Monday at 9: 00 pm until Friday at 6: 00 pm. All weekends and holidays I am away from the computer but will return your messages when back at work. Please note scheduled pickups during the weekend and holidays must be made no later than Friday at noon.
