Dark Side Chocolatier Description
The Dark Side Chocolatier (Matthew Charbonneau), is dedicated to producing chocolates of the highest quality possible, using only the best ingredients he can acquire. With a commitment to quality, local sourcing and community integration, he hopes to remind people that chocolate is a whole food to be eaten with enthusiasm, awareness and satisfaction.
DSC chocolates are a combination of soaked or sprouted nuts and seeds, chocolate, herbs and spices, and a variety of different sweeteners (but never white-sugar) that you can bet your sweet buns is a tasty and healthy treat for chocolate lovers across the board.
You can find his chocolates for sale at Homesteader Health Foods (downtown), the Health Hut (in the mall) and will soon be found on the counters and displays of local bakeries and cafes.
