Glen, Lisa, and Rob are great people and were so easy to work with. In a place that can feel so high pressured and uncomfortable, they made us feel relaxed and genuinely taken care of. They really did put us first and what our needs were.

Decent experience, excellent car. Actually, everything up until when they took the deposit was a great experience. But the review is really made after that.

So why not five stars? There was a minor miscommunication within Davis, which came to light after the financials were sorted, and they first tried to blame me ("you never sent that email"), and then pointed fingers at each other. ??? I took it in for a third-party inspection, which turned up a few hundred dollars in routine maintenance that hadn't been done. Nothing major, nothing to drop this down to a 2-star, but still surprising for a certified vehicle.

There were some other very small things, too, mostly making it seem clear that I was a low-value client to them. I recently bought through another dealership, where I spent considerably less, but for which I am leaving five stars. I wish I could say the same of Davis.

Still, though, it's a great car, and at a good price. I wouldn't warn anyone away from this dealership.

Thank you ANDRE LORIEAU for your patience and perseverance in finding me a vehicle that had everything that I wanted in it. I do NOT enjoy buying vehicles but this was indeed a very pleasant and easy purchase. All my questions were answered in a timely manner and additional information was offered when needed. Andre and the others involved had my truck ready to go when I arrived. My registration and all other arrangements were done prior to my picking up the vehicle including the winter tires all installed, etc.
Would I recommend Andre Lorieau and Davis Chev? ABSOLUTELY with no hesitation!

I didn't buy my vehicle from Davis but I do get my oil changed there regularly and I have to say first of all that the prices are very fair and the service very good but my main reason for this review is the employees in the express bay. Every single one I have dealt with is beyond friendly and wonderful. Davis certainly knows customer service. It's a great experience every time I come in, and I trust the folks in the service bay completely, which is scary when you drive a truck as wide and difficult to maneuver as mine. They are awesome every time!

Monica Roy is an amazing individual, super friendly and was fun to deal with, as well as a great sales person. As she is a new employee, we were able to teach her a few things as well her teach us. She went over and above to ensure we got what we required.

First I called to have the 25,000km service completed on my diesel truck, and have the windshield washer squirter fixed. I was told by the service department that this could be done in the express lane. I dropped off my truck, and 2 hours later my oil change and tire rotation was completed.This was a long time to wait for an oil change and tire rotation, but it is what it is. When the truck was brought in for me to sign off on the work, I noticed that two bolts that hold my centre caps on were missing. The technician and another person went back into the shop to try and find them, but couldn't find them. I asked if the windshield washer squirter was fixed, and was told that it wasn't on the list to have repaired and i would have to book another service appointment, and this would never be done in the express lane. Then i was told that the tire pressure sensors couldn't be read, so I would have to come in again and have them looked at and possibly replaced (they worked when i went in). I spoke with Melissa in the service department who was very professional and polite. Melissa assured me that all of the issues would be sorted out when i would bring my truck in two days later. Melissa told me that i could get a rental vehicle on Friday if i needed. To say the least, I left frustrated. Friday came, and Melissa was great to deal with. She made sure that all of the issues were resolved, and got me into a rental vehicle, although it was not a truck, it was better than nothing. Every time i go in for a service, there seems to be some issue, and is quite frustrating. However Melissa deserves a 5 star rating. Hopefully i can just deal with her for the next service.

We have been taking over car to Davis for just over a year now after purchasing from there. We've had some issues but the right service advisor is the reason we keep going back. Melissa is the only one we want to deal with because she's honest, understanding, and goes out of her way to show that the customer is important. She could teach some of her coworkers the importance of customer service! I rate Melissa a 5 stars, Davis is a 3 so I'll average it at a 4.

The entire experience at Davis was so great from start to finish! Jarrett Schneider and finance manager Josh were so helpful with all of my questions and made it a stress free, and easy buying experience. I work very closely with Davis on a professional capacity with my fleet, and having Melissa Osborne as a service advisor has been more than fantastic. She is extremely throrough, and makes sure I am always kept in the loop when it comes to my vehicles. Whether it is an oil change or a major repair she is always on top of things and gives me all of the information I need to get my unit back on the road as quickly as possible. She is friendly, extremely personable and just a joy to work with on a daily basis. She is definitely the reason I keep coming back to Davis whenever any of my fleet needs maintenance done.
