located in Ontario I called the dealer for a cummins, after talking to the salesman kyle, I was told the truck had a clean title, no claims, sent the down payment over, flew down and bought the truck, sellers package never said anything about claims. after owning it for a year I put the truck for sale, picked up a seller's car fax from ontario, and what do you know, a nice big 10,000$ claim that dates back to 2012. good luck selling it now right. Totally unprofessional of a dealership. not a happy buyer, people be aware shopping at this location, they are defiantly not honest. Will be posting a warning on all diesel groups on facebook so no one else gets dinged on a terrible deal..

First off, great prices! Had a truck financed, fully detailed, fifth wheel hitch installed and ready for pick up the day after I picked it out. Thanks D&D team! Kyle(sales) Rebecca(financing) Louie, Justin(service). Sales will get you the keys for anything you want, fill you in on vehicle features, and send you for a test drive with no pressure. Communication with financing is excellent. Service department is knowledgable and accommodating. The whole process was flawless and well organized.

Had a great experience buying a used vehicle from D&D. Vehicle was exactly as advertised, no surprises. Dallas and Rebecca were a pleasure to work with throughout the purchase. Highly recommended.

3 stars due to overall process.
4 starts on vehicle condition (relative to expectations) and pricing.
5 start on interaction with Dallas. He was honest, communicated openly, and responsive during and after we closed on the deal.
So why 3 stars? It took 2 months to close this deal - partially on my request due to requesting title prior to taking delivery (4 weeks to complete - Logistics company had to start over mid way), partially on the transport company that slipped 1 week due to sick driver.
All explainable things, but in the end, from the time of deposit to delivery it was a 2 month process. And this being my first internet vehicle purchase my guard was up the whole time - again, I think Dallas understood this and handled it well.
Registering in Ca is a PITA, again, as a result of the states requirements.
The truck condition was accurate, the payment process was easy, and overall I'm happy with the purchase and interactions with Dallas.
Recommendations for improvement - streamline the process overall and set expectations that can be tracked online (i.e. log into website and see status bar of activity from start to finish and any 3rd party actions and contacts). For me, being my first purchase, understanding the overall process and where the activities were in that process would have helped. Again, Dallas is great, vehicle is as advertised, price was good, and I'm happy overall 2 days after receiving. Thank you D&D
