Delta Fitness Description

Delta Fitness is a mobile training company based out of Edmonton, AB. We primarily train out of the City of Edmonton recreation centre facilities such as Millwoods, Meadows, Terwillegar and Kinsmen. We are also able to train out of other facilities such as workplaces, apartment complexes or homes!

Co owners Jason Ogura and Raymond Thompson both hold diplomas in Personal Fitness Training acquired from NAIT in 2014. Delta Fitness was formed shortly after.

Delta Fitness was formed under the high ambition and determination of both our trainers. Delta is a greek symbol representing a triangle; which in turn represents change. Each individual client we have seeks some sort of change, wether it be a change to health, lifestyle, body composition or other. We have the tools and the drive to help you reach your goals and to achieve the change you seek for yourself!

The services we offer include:
One on one personal training (1 hr)
Couple training (2 people, 1 hr)
Buddy training (1 hr)
Individualized 4-week program design

- One on one training is a one hour training session with one of our trainers. We implement an individualized program tailored to the client to help them safely and efficiently attain their goals.
- Couple training is a one hour training session where two clients work with one of our trainers. Perfect for couples or friends who enjoy working out together and motivating each other throughout their routine. Programs are also supplied as a team or as separate routines.
- Buddy training is our cost effective option to providing a highly positive and motivational environment to our clients. In this option we do not provide a program. We organize routines and workout alongside our client in an effort to provide a motivational push to clients who don't require our full service.
- Program design includes an individualized 4-week routine that is specific to the clients goals. This includes everything from exercises, sets, reps, rest times and more.
